This guide will show you how to unlock and get all achievements in The Fabulous Fear Machine. Please note that this guide contains spoilers of the game.
Introduction
I played the game two times. First, on normal difficulty, and then on easy mode to get the ones I missed. However, you can complete all the achievements in just one playthrough. Most of the achievements will come naturally as you play the game, and only a few of them need some specific planning.

Consists of three missions.

Campaign 1: Double Blind
The game has four missions. In each mission, you’ll have two agents, and it’s essential to focus on leveling them up to the maximum. This is because there are achievements connected to each of these agents, and they also provide an additional fully upgraded “Guide Fear” card that you can use for free, which can be quite helpful.

Mission 2: Attack your rival and burn their cards ASAP without any of them activating.
The barbarian invasions
They say that Imperial Rome fell in less than 500 days. (Only with Jen in Italy)
Mission 3, conquer Italy under 500 in-game days
Vaccine fans
Denialism? Not on my watch, buddy! (Only with Jen in Asia and Eastern Europe)
In Mission 4, your goal is to prevent the Vaxfree Nation from placing cards in any region long enough for them to activate. You should quickly eliminate their cards as soon as they appear on the board to stop their activation.
Furthermore, in this campaign, there are two achievements related to your agents that you can earn.

Campaign 2: Shaking Hands
This campaign consists of two missions. In these missions, you’ll have one agent named Dante. It’s crucial to focus on leveling up Dante to the maximum level, as there’s an achievement tied to him. Additionally, during the campaign, you’ll have the chance to acquire an Arcana Card, which is necessary to earn the Skeleton Hand achievement.

In Mission 2, here are the steps you should follow:
- Start by identifying your rival.
- During the dialogue, choose the option to “attack your candidate.”
- Keep an eye out for a Library event to appear on your map.
- When the Library event pops up, select the “crimes and punishment” option. This choice will unlock an incursion opportunity and provide you with “The Cartographer” Card, which is necessary for the Pulp! Skeleton Hand achievement.
- Use “The Cartographer” Card to open one of the locked legend types in the Moho district. You can choose the Passion legend type, as the Utopia card in that region will change to that category.
- Achieve a 100% fear status to progress further in the game.

This campaign comprises four missions. In each mission, you will have two agents, and it’s crucial to focus on leveling up both of them to the maximum level. Each agent has achievements tied to them, and they also provide an additional fully upgraded “Guide Fear” card that you can use for free, which can be quite valuable in your missions.

To unlock these achievements during this campaign, make sure to watch Santos’ ending cutscene. This action should grant you the gameplay achievements you’re aiming for.

Mission 2: Your goal is to beat your Rival Lorre. To do this, I chose the mean-sounding choices in all their talks.
ECO mode
But, do you know how much pollution is generated in refining essences? (Only with Santos in Isla Verde)
Mission 3: Here’s what you should do. Avoid using your Refineries within the city. Instead, depend on generating energy with each round using the pump, and also make use of the legend cloning power.
A new Hindenburg
Make no mistake: the only good zeppelin is a defeated zeppelin.
Defeat your rival The Children of M and watch their blimp crash.
Thirst for Oleum
Because getting 1000 in one go isn’t a question of luck.
Generate more than 1000 Oleum from one round (can use refinery + pump generation + the machinist lucky card)

- In Campaign 1, you’ll receive the Hell Card from Eliphas and the Oblivion Card from Renee.
- In Campaign 2, Dante will provide you with the Weakness Card.
- In Campaign 3, Layla will give you the Madness Card, and Iñigo will give you the Oppression Card.
Pulp! Skeleton Hand
You have managed to collect all the AMAZING Lucky Cards.
You can obtain these 6 Arcana Cards by advancing through missions. Using just one of each of these cards is sufficient to activate this.
The Storyteller, The Enemy, The Spy, The Cornucopia, and The Machinist are granted to you regularly, making them quite simple to gather. However, acquiring The Cartographer requires a few additional steps, so you should refer to the “Troy is burning!” Achievement in Campaign 2-Mission 2 for specific details on how to unlock it.
