New Blocks

A new type of rock that generates in clumps underground.

Catches sparks from some operating machines. Sends a signal when it catches a spark.

Uses sparks caught in a spark catcher and shoots them out. Can be used to send signals or damage creatures. - Bomb Emitter
Creates bombs
Bombs unweld blocks and can convert stone into chert.

Sticks to blocks, but blocks don’t stick to slime. Replaces residue in the core ore recipe
- Slimice
Half slime, half ice - Divider
Circuit component that divides signals by two. Quotient goes out the front, remainder goes out the side.
Block Changes
- Песок, pulp, and sawdust now consistently slide off of other blocks.
- Residue can now only be welded to other residue.
- Matchers welded together now work together, only sending a signal when all linked matchers match.
- Sensor on container count mode now detects water inside foam.
- Combiner no longer gets charge from inductors on the input face.

- New research for new blocks
- Vehicle now needs 100 резина
- Mass Core no longer needs stone
Changed recipes
- Core Ore now takes slime instead of residue. Can use compressed chert or compressed stone interchangeably. Now has two variations for either parity of the checkerboard pattern.
Gameplay changes
- Picking up structures larger than 2×4 или 3×3 is no longer instant. Right clicking will slowly freeze the structure. Large structures will only be picked up when entirely frozen. If the welded structure of blocks can’t be picked up (such as being too big), only the one block under the mouse is frozen.
- Frozen blocks no longer unfreeze for any player movement, only player movement relative to the ground they are standing on.
- Improved consistency of standing on moving blocks.
- When a hotbar slot gets empty, a new stack of blocks will be automatically pulled from the backpack if available.
- Noclip movement is snappier.
Technical changes
- Reorganized the input menu. The following commands were previously only bindable via the console, but are now featured in the input menu:
backpack_sort
adjust_increase
adjust_decrease - Sensor modes natural and rare-resource are now defined by recipes.smp. Fixed an oversight: ice is now a “естественный” блокировать.
- Removed some recipes from unintended guidebook pages (such as the inductor page).
- The orientation of blocks in the guidebook are now defined by recipes.smp instead of being hardcoded. * Lighting is now correct on rotated blocks in the guidebook and UI.
- Changed the format of entities.smp and research_objectives.smp to make it possible for custom files to only override specific entries.
- Made the effects of yellow beam and leaf fire on entities consistent, regardless of grid position.
- Made detection of icy floors more accurate.
- The research tree can use blocks for icons, instead of having to use the research_icons.png texture
