This Guide will try to give you a better understanding of the Battlepass and Warbond shop systems and their functions ingame. #WTGuide2
Introdução
The Battlepass and the Warbond Shop are 2 ways to earn free premium vehicles and other items over the course of 90 dias. These other items can range from Silver Lions to Talismans for your vehicles.
Both the Battlepass and the Warbond Shop work via daily and special tasks, which you need to complete in order to progress. To be able to purchase anything in the Warbond Shop, you will need to unlock Warbonds in the Battlepass and complete special tasks, and to gain more levels in the battlepass, you need to get Progress points.
I have attempted to explain how both those systems work in the following guide and I hope it will aid you in your Warthunder journey!
Progressing in the Battlepass
There are multiple ways to progress in the Battlepass, but all of them go back to Progress Points.
These Progress Points can be earned by logging into the game, completing daily and special tasks and completing seasonal challenges. For every 10 points earned, you unlock one level in the Battlepass, portanto, if you want to unlock all unique rewards of an ongoing season, you need to get a total of 1’500 Progress points, but if you’re only interested in the main prizes, you only have to get 750 pontos.
During a Battlepass season, you can gain a small amount of Progress points via simply logging into the game and depending on how often you have logged into the game, you get more points per Login. These logins are not connected to the daily logins and will not reset if you don’t start up the game on a daily basis.
These Logins are the easiest, most time effective and only way to passively gain Progress points and if you were to start up the game daily, you would roughly gain 24 levels in the Battlepass. If you plan on completing the Battlepass, I suggest taking full advantage of this mechanic.
Every day in the game there are 2 daily tasks available for completion, consisting of one easy and one medium task.
Location of the daily and Special task highlightedTo complete a easy daily task, you will need atleast 1 Rank II Vehicle for the respective gamemode that the task must be completed in. Once the easy task has been completed, você vai ganhar 2 Progress points and access to the medium task.
To complete a medium daily task, you will need atleast 1 Rank III Vehicle for the respective gamemode that the task must be completed in. Once the medium task has been completed, você vai ganhar 3 Progress points and 1 “Allowance” to purchase a Special task from the Warbond shop.
For the daily tasks you will be presented with a total selection of 6 possible tasks for both the easy and medium one, of which you need to complete one each. You can freely switch between the
daily tasks if you are struggling to complete one of them. Apenas 3 daily tasks will be displayed at once depending on your currently selected Battlemode (Arcade or Realistic battles) and you can change each of them for Silver Lions, but the more often you reroll the daily tasks, the more expensive it gets to reroll them, eventually costing Golden Eagles. The daily tasks and their reroll costs reset every 22 horas.
Example of a daily easy task selection for realistic BattlesFor the daily tasks, I would suggest going only for tasks that are dependent on your performance alone and don’t require your team to do certain things.
For every completed medium daily task, you gain 1 “Allowance” to purchase a Special task from the Warbond shop with Warbonds.
These Special tasks are not time-limited and usually take a lot more effort to complete than the previous daily tasks. To complete a special task, you will need atleast 1 Rank III Vehicle for the respective gamemode that the task must be completed in. Once the special task has been completed, você vai ganhar 5 Progress points and 1 Special task medal.
For the special tasks, you will be presented with a total selection of 6 possible tasks of which you need to complete only one, You need to choose one of the 6 and can’t switch freely after you have chosen one. If you want to change your selected task, you can do so for Silver Lions, but the more often you reroll the special tasks, the more expensive it gets to reroll them, eventually costing Golden Eagles. If you have rerolled some of the daily tasks previously, the increased cost will carry over the the special task. The reroll costs reset every 22 horas.
Example of a Special task selectionAs previously stated for the daily tasks, I would suggest going only for those tasks that dependent on your skill alone and don’t require your team to do certain things.

Seasonal Challenges are unique tasks coming alongside the current Battlepass season. The majority of them have a start and an end date and can take multiple days to complete, but are available for around 21 days before they get locked again. Upon completion, you gain 30 Progress points. To be able to complete them it, the minimum requirement is often a vehicle of rank III. The difficulty can vary heavily from challenge to challenge and Battlepass to Battlepass and tend to require a lot of previous game progress to be able to be completed in the first place.
Some of the Seasonal challenges are available for the whole duration of the battlepass, but need a certain level in it to be unlocked. These also give 30 Progress points.
Then there’s also the “Conclusão” Seasonal Challenge. This is one of the (até aqui) reoccuring Challenges, which requires you to complete all other Seasonal Challenges. This task rewards you with 45 Progress points.
Battlepass Rewards
The Battlepass offers a big variety of rewards, ranging from simple Silver Lions to Premium Vehicles. From Season to Season, the majority of the rewards stay roughly the same but the Decorations, Decals and Premium Vehicles are completely unique to each Battlepass.
There have been a few changes for the rewards in the past, because previously there were 4 premium vehicles available to be unlocked, but since season VII “Armoured Elephant”, the first low tier vehicle reward has been replaced with 10 days of Premium account time. The majority of the rewards are only available if you purchase the battlepass.
The Premium vehicles available during a season are as of now always one Tank, one Plane and one Boat/Ship, but the main reward has so far never been a Boat or Ship.
The Vehicles and unique rewards often follow a certain theme for the Battlepass as to create more of a whole package, but depending on the season can also feel a bit out of place.
Como dito anteriormente, the bulk of the rewards tends to be the same for each of the Battlepass seasons. These rewards are Silver Lions, Silver Lions and Research Boosters, Universal Backups and Warbonds. The free rewards are at the beginning at every second level of the Battlepass up to level 25, after which they are only at every third level up until level 60. They get progressively more rare the further you progress basically.
In the free rewards, there is also one of the 3 Premium Vehicles available at level 51, usually being either the tank or plane and being a rank III vehicle. Some of the Decals are also free to unlock aswell as the unique loading screen at level 100 and the Battlepass title at level 150.

The big and most heavily sought after rewards of each Battlepass tend to be only available when you buy the Battlepass for 2’000 Golden Eagles. These rewards include 2 fora do 3 veículos, 10 days of premium time, Decorators and Decals aswell as some of the same rewards that can be found in the free rewards. These can be considered some nice extra goodies, aiding in the regular gameplay. After Level 75, the majority of rewards will be small bundles of Warbonds. On levels 105 e 125 you can additionally find coupon upgrades for the plane and tank reward. Com estes, you can either make your coupons tradable for the marketplace or (if you have both of the upgrades) get the next Battlepass for free.
The Warbond Shop
The Warbond Shop is a special shop heavily tied into the Battlepass. To be able to buy certain items here, you will need to have completed a certain amount of special tasks and have enough Warbonds, which you accumulate via the Battlepass. Before the Battlepass system was introduced, you would get Warbonds from completing Special tasks, but this has since been reworked. Some of the items will change when a new Season starts.
In the Warbond shop, the available items are as follows:
- Special Tasks
- Universal Backups
- Reforços
- Battle Orders
- Vehicle Testdrives
- Profile icons*
- Camouflages*
- Decals
- Talismans*
- Wagers*
- Decorators*
- Premium Vehicles
* These rewards are somewhat randomized and can not be chosen specifically, they are selected from a preselected list.
The Warbond Shop has multiple levels, behind which certain items are locked. To be able to unlock these items, you need to reach a certain level in the battlepass. No total, há 6 levels and you can check your progress at the bottom of the Warbond shop menu.
Besides the required Warbond shop levels, you also need a certain amount of Special task medals to be able to purchase the higher tier items. The most that is required is 40 medalhas. Once you purchase something, they will not be consumed and stay at the current amount until the next Battlepass season. You can see your current amount of Medals at the bottom right of the Warbond shop menu.
Warbonds can be earned on certain levels of the Battlepass. The maximum amount of Warbonds on a players account is 3’600. If you were to go over that limit, a warning will pop up. The most expensive items in the Warbond shop will cost 3’400 Warbonds. If a new season starts, you will carry over your Warbonds to the next Warbond Shop, but the Shop level and Special task medal amount will be reset. You can check your amount of Warbonds at the top left corner in the Warbond Shop menu.
