Características
- Improved animations at higher and lower than expected frame rates.
- Improved some help text in the level editor.

- Fixed issue where the mallet could miss some penguins when the game was in fast forward mode.
- Fixed bug where music would cut out for a frame or two when going from the title screen to the game and vice versa.
- Fixed bug where multiple turntable sound effects could play at once.
- Prevents level editor components being placed when a help screen is visible.
- Minor efficiency improvements.
