This is a guide that will teach you the basics and tactics that you can use in combat.
Noções básicas
Welcome to the combat guide, in this guide I will teach you the basics and some other stuff regarding combat.
Starting from the basics, if you are using a keyboard and mouse you can punch someone using LMB and block an attack using RMB, you can also target someone using the middle mouse button or pressing P in your keyboard.
I highly recommend targetting the person you wanna beat up, since you can hit someone passing by by accident, also its better to hit them
Attacking
To attack someone you can use LMB or the I key, holding any of these buttons for a period of time will trigger a strong punch, it deals more damage but uses more stamina.
Blocking
To block an attack you can use RMB or the O key, blocking an attack costs stamina, but it protects you from all damage, even from a blade.
Targetting
Targetting an opponent is extremely useful, as you don’t need to move in a certain direction to land an attack, you can do that by pressing the Middle Mouse Button or the P key.
Estratégias
Now this is the part where things start getting harder, there are many situations you can be in and I won’t be able to cover them all, alright let’s get to it, devemos nós?
If your opponent is blocking an attack for too long and seems to not want to let his guard open, simply walk away, that way he will be forced to chase you down, letting his guard down in the process.
If your opponent is charging up an attack you can quickly hit them, but be careful because while you swing he could swing back, you can counter that if you are fast enough to block it after you hit them.
Avoid fights while outdoors, snipers will shoot you on sight if they see you punching someone, make sure to lure your target indoors.
And that’s pretty much it! I’ll leave the comment section open in case you have any questions or want to add anything to the guide. Good luck out there escapist!
