Here is a VERY fast way to get Mickey and Mallory.
Step 1: Set Difficulty to Easy
Main Menu – Options – Difficulty – 1 (easy)
Step 2: Start Gauntlet Mode
Main Menu – Start – Single Player – Challenges – The Gauntlet
Step 3: Play Until You Reach the level “Have a Blast” (Level 4)
WARNING: Do NOT let time run out! Also, make sure to save as soon as you load in to the level. 
Step 4: Equip Molotovs and Go Crazy!
Throw molotovs at the crowd until the timer runs down to five-ten seconds. Once this happens,
QUICKLYpress the suicide key (K by default) to die, then press the rejuvenate key (Space by default) to restart the level. After you load back in, save the game again (preferably multiple slots).
Step 5: Repeat Step 4 Until the Achievement Unlocks
You can net around 300 kills per 30 seconds spent doing this. That adds up to 15-20 minutes if you were going from zero kills to 10,000 with this method.
