No more TV!
W sumie, musisz znaleźć 4 refrigerators that have a TV inside. They are located on Level 2 (Biuro); Poziom 3 (Szpital); Poziom 4 (Kościół); Poziom 5 (Samochód). You need to watch the video of each TV, and then replay the very first level and successfully complete it, and then you will be given an achievement.
After you take the access card and return back to the elevator, do not go into it. Go straight ahead and open the door shown in the screenshot, there will be a TV.
