To score the highest aerial kills in a single sortie! The major nations have all three types of planes of fighter, multirole, and heavy. Each plane is unique in its own and some perform much better than others. Higher performance depends mainly on the three major factors of maneuverability, firepower, and survivability.
The main goal is to destroy many aerial targets and earn as many medals that include the Ace of 20 doden!
Pilot Skills
The skills center on increasing weapon accuracy and maneuverability.

5. Expert Rocketeer (best with rocket salvos)
These unique pilots were tested in battle and proven to be the most useful. Charlotte does 20% more damage in head-on attacks and Charles gains 10% maneuverability when at half health.
Apparatuur
Any aircraft that engages in dogfighting must have Sights for more shots to connect. Higher tier heavies can use the same slot for a G Suit instead for more maneuverability.
The lightweight power unit is mandatory for sharper turns. The uprated engine is to enhance altitude climbing and flying out of danger when being tailed.
Consumables
The standard loadout requires fire extinguisher, pneumatic control assist (faster turning), and engine cooling. Medkits are not as useful as fire extinguisher because planes take more damage with the latter. Engine cooling offers superior movement by increasing boost time every 90 seconden, unlike the improved mixture control.
The extra slot can be used with Exhaust Bleed Inerting system when available. Universal ammunition is mandatory for chance of fire and critical damage.
Opmerking: Any of these items can be swapped out with premium variations at the cost of gold instead of credits.
Paint
The most expensive paint is needed for each of the 4 environments to further enhance survivability by increasing tolerance to AA damage. Camouflage is not as useful due to constant dogfighting.
Expert Aiming
The type main types of autocannons are either a short-medium range stream of bullets, double long-range single shots, or a combination of both.
The stream attack is fast and requires minimal adjusting for distance. The single critical shots have a delay and requires more distance adjusting to connect the shots.
For each new aircraft, a test run needs to be done to get a feel for the weapons. The practice shots are necessary as each weapon is a bit unique and needs to be fired in a certain way.
When shooting the enemy, sniper mode lands the most connecting shots and best for mid-long range. In short range, normal mode is best for targets that are making sharp turns in dogfighting.
Longer Attack Volley
The aircraft needs to brake and slow down when approaching enemy planes to maximize firing time.
Each aircraft has an unique forward-firing weapon with varying firing duration before overheating.
Valuable time is wasted when weapons become fully overheated that forces a lockdown to cool off. To fire additional shots, burst firing is needed when reaching the 50% mark to allow brief cooling in between. This maneuver can destroy a plane completely in a single strafe to move on to the next one.
Certain classes have equipment slots that prolong forward-firing duration.
Rapid Turning
A combination of flying maneuvers can be used to make very sharp turns in combat. The plane needs to fully brake while using pitch down and the respective yaw to the turning direction. The results vary with the maneuverability of both the target and own.
Flaps are another feature that is exclusive for higher tier planes and can be deployed automatically. Manual use is recommended to be used together all at once with the flying maneuvers.
The control settings need to be visited to use such features. The recommended keys are the ones that are adjacent to each other for them to be used together at once.
Evasive Rolling
Aircraft with strong engine power and boost can fly away from danger when being tailed. The enemy can still inflict considerable damage when in range. The rolling maneuver is very useful to minimize the damage by reducing the connecting shots from the enemy.
