Farm Manager 2021 Building Sizes Guide

This is a short guide to building sizes in Farm Manager 2021. Wij’ve put this together as we couldn’t see this information presented anywhere in-game without actually having the cash in-game to be able to buy the building and get as far as trying to position it. Hopelijk, people will find this helpful, particularly if you like to plan out your farm in advance and leave space for that fruit processing plant to go next to your greenhouses. We may add the cost of each building at a later date.

General Information

Throughout this guide, all sizes will reference the number of boxes that show up when positioning a building or road. These boxes represent squares measuring 4m by 4m, but we figure that since the boxes are what you see, it would make sense to show how many of those boxes are used.

Each plot of land that you can buy measures 64 X 64 squares. Your starting plot will have a 2-way road running through the middle of it, which takes up rows 31 en 32 of the plot, and your main farmhouse measuring 6 X 11 squares positioned so that the long edge takes up columns 27 naar 37 inclusive.

Roads

There are three types of roads, 2-Way, Paved, and Gravel. Each segment of the 2-Way road measures 2 X 2, whilst each segment of Paved and Gravel measures 1 X 1.

This is a list of animal buildings in the game. Note that I have grouped buildings together, such as Chicken Coops, whereas they are listed differently in-game – as best as I can tell, by price.
