The well will give you the Abyssal Eye and you will earn the achievement.
Combat Achievements
These achievements pertain to the combat and fighting styles present in the game.
Dauntless Defence
Presteren 3 Perfect Counters in a row against any Boss
Using the Counter Fighting Style allows you to perform a Counter against a boss’s attack. The Watchdog and Guardian are simple bosses that have long windups for their attacks, allowing for ample time to react with a Counter. Attempting the bosses in Arena Mode will allow you to continually retry until you earn the achievement.
Flawless Flow
Have at least 10 Windleaves active at once
Using the Windslide Fighting Style makes it so every attack you successfully land generates a Windleaf. There are training dummies in the Everforest or in Arena Mode that will allow you to attempt this achievement more easily. Some of the skills in the Windslide Skill Tree can make generating 10 Windleaves at once easier:
- Wind Aura – The damage ticks from Wind Aura can generate a Windleaf
- Heavy Leaves – Makes Windleaves travel 20% langzamer, allows for more time to generate ten at once
- Flurry – After dodging an attack, your next Light Attack will deliver six swift cuts, each of which generates a Windleaf
- Violent Flurry – Makes Flurry cuts two extra times, generating more Windleaves
The general idea would be to…
- Charge your Windslide meter
- Use Bloodburst to generate a Wind Aura
- Dodge an attack to gain access to Flurry
- Use Flurry followed by Windslide
This needs to be done somewhat quickly in order to generate ten Windleaves at once.
Ferocious Fury
Maintain 4 stacks of Berserker for 30s
Using the Berserk Slash Fighting Style allows you to activate Berserk Slash and gain the Berseker Buff for 6.5 seconden. There are training dummies in the Everforest or in Arena Mode that will allow you attempt this achievement more easily. Some of the skills in the Berserk Slash Skill Tree and shards can make maintaining 4 stacks of Berserker easier:
- Deepened Fury makes each Fury Fragment grant you 20% of a Berseker Fang
- Equipping Aryana’s Shard to the active weapon slot (Lunar Slash) or the right tree final slot (Lunar Shock) will generate an effigy that provides Berserker Fang gauge when certain conditions are met
- Equipping Hyem’s Shard to the active weapon slot (Frigid Slash), the left tree final slot (Frigid Breaker) or the right tree final slot (Frigid Shock) will generate additional Berserker Fang gauge when certain conditions are met
The Berserker Buff is tracked by a circle underneath the Stamina segments at the top left of the Hud. Refresh the buff whenever it is about to drop and continue to wail on the training dummy to generate Berserker Fang gauge.
Stick ‘em with the pointy end!
Hit enemies with a thrust attack 200 keer
A thrust attack is the final attack of your three-part attack combo. Successfully hit bosses with this thrust attack two hundred times to earn the achievement.
The Most Devout

A Shard attack can be performed by equipping a Boss shard to the Active Shard slot. Successfully hit bosses with your Active Shard attack two hundred times to earn the achievement.
Blade Discipline
Hit an enemy with Windslide, Berserker Slash, or Counter 20 keer
Your Fighting Style Active Skill can be used once the corresponding gauge has been filled sufficiently. Successfully hit bosses with Windslide, Berserker Slash, or Counter twenty times to earn the achievement.
Abyss Mode Achievements
These achievements pertain to fighting the Abyss versions of the game’s bosses. Abyss Mode functions as a New Game+ mode – you take more damage, receive less healing, and bosses have more health and new patterns. You can access Abyss Mode after defeating the main campaign once.

- Mirror wave gauntlet is faster.
Abyssal Aryana
Defeat Aryana in Abyss Mode
Abyss Mode changes for Aryana:
- Spear stabs are followed by rays of light.
- Curved light waves are launched in groups of three.
Abyssal Eksyll
Defeat Eksyll in Abyss Mode
Abyss Mode changes for Eksyll:
- The red orb shoots a cone of three beams at the player twice.
- The red orb spins in a counterclockwise pattern with six beams.
Iron Achievements
These achievements pertain to defeating the bosses of the game without receiving any damage. An important distinction: taking damage from a boss will disqualify that attempt, but taking damage from your Shards and Infusions will not.
You can attempt these achievements during a regular playthrough or in Arena Mode. For the first four bosses, there are no benefits to attempting the bosses in a regular playthrough, so you can use Arena Mode to more quickly reattempt the fights and ensure you don’t defeat the boss accidentally while taking damage. For the rest of the bosses, you can become much stronger before attempting each boss by fighting all other available bosses first in a regular playthrough. If you are struggling with one of these later bosses in Arena Mode, consider doing a regular playthrough and fighting that boss at your absolute strongest.
You can attempt these achievements in Abyss Mode, te, but the new patterns and increased boss health may make it much more difficult to successfully beat the bosses while taking no damage.
Opmerking: There are NO achievements for defeating Eksyll, Zylad, The Rejected Daughter, or The Rotting Crown while taking 0 schade.
Iron Watchdog
Defeat the Watchdog while taking 0 schade
Story Mode and Arena Mode
Available Skill Points: 0
Available Shards: 0
The first boss in the game is, niet verwonderlijk, the easiest fight to do hitless. Watch for the sword swings after he jumps and the shield charges. His attacks have long windups and noticeable tells, so this fight should be easy with a bit of practice.
Opmerking: This fight is impossible to do hitless in normal Story Mode, as he sends out an unavoidable electric pulse as part of the Bloodthirst tutorial.
Iron Guardian
Defeat the Guardian while taking 0 schade
Story Mode and Arena Mode
Available Skill Points: 1
Available Shards: 0
Not too challenging of a fight once you can recognize when you have an opening. It can get a bit messy in Phase 2 once he starts summoning the red circles and walking towards you on top of summoning homing spears. Don’t get too greedy or you’ll be met with a tendril slap or a spear to the face.
Iron Azikel
Defeat Azikel, God of Light while taking 0 schade
Story Mode and Arena Mode
Available Skill Points: 3
Available Shards: 2
Can be a challenging fight at times, but overall not too terrible. The hardest attack to avoid will be the laser grid – try to position yourself away from the cardinal directions of each of the red spears before the attack and practice rolling through the rotating white lasers. Make sure you aren’t greedy during the windup of the laser wheel attack as those lasers do have a hitbox inside the wheel.
Iron Eos
Defeat Eos, God of Unity while taking 0 schade
Story Mode and Arena Mode
Available Skill Points: 3
Available Shards: 2
The most frustrating hitless fight by far. The main issue is the fire runes that set the ground ablaze and linger for a long time or until a water attack puts them out. Moving over any of the runes will damage you and disqualify you from the achievement. Eos can lock you out of large portions of the arena with his large fire AoEs, forcing you to skirt the edges of the arena while you wait for a water attack.
When the orbs are split, you will have to juggle two attacking entities at once. Gelukkig, the fire rune attacks are more limited in this phase. Try to defeat the Fire Orb to force it into the middle for Phase 3. The fire beams happen in bursts of three and are a bit easier to dodge than the more consistent water waves from the Blue Orb.
Iron Hyem
Defeat Hyem while taking 0 schade
Verhaalmodus (including DLC bosses)
Available Skill Points: 9
Available Shards: 6
Arena Mode
Available Skill Points: 5
Available Shards: 4
A moderately challenging fight. Many of Hyem’s attacks cover a large portion of the arena, so practice the timing need to successfully Dash through his arsenal. The fan shape arena attack can come out quickly, so watch carefully to determine where you need to stand. Make sure you pay attention after the ice spikes are launched, as the ice fields that start appearing beneath you need to be placed carefully so that they don’t touch. Always watch for a second stab after the curved ice waves attack in Phase 2.
Iron Deer
Defeat The Deer God and the Warden of Purity while taking 0 schade
Verhaalmodus (including DLC bosses)
Available Skill Points: 10
Available Shards: 7
Arena Mode
Available Skill Points: 5
Available Shards: 4
A two-for-one special that can be a bit difficult due to the length of the fight and number of mechanics.
When fighting Deer, stay out of the flowers’ AoEs by sticking to the bottom left of the arena for as long as you can. Watch out for the numerous roots that spread from Deer’s jump attack and be careful when Deer becomes enraged. Your goal should be to try and finish Deer before the fourth flower spawns in the bottom left of the arena.
When fighting Warden, don’t get greedy when Warden’s fists begin to ground pound, especially once they start to pulse electric fields. It can get a bit hectic when the alternating side electric fields on the left and right coincide with the structure explosions on the top and bottom. Be patient and wait for your opportunity to strike.
Iron Aryana
Defeat Aryana, First of the Moon while taking 0 schade
Verhaalmodus (including DLC bosses)
Available Skill Points: 10
Available Shards: 7
Arena Mode
Available Skill Points: 7
Available Shards: 6
A not-too-rough fight. Be careful of the archers’ shots shattering into fragments. Make sure you destroy the crystals that appear on the ground to prevent any minions from spawning. Practice your dodge timings with the giant orb attack, the light curved waves, and the sweeping beam. Be aware when Aryana shifts to Full Moon mode – her spear attacks will begin to hit twice. The arena will get progressively smaller as the fight goes on, so it is in your best interest to finish the fight as quickly as you can.
Iron Drakmur
Defeat Drakmur, the Nightmare while taking 0 schade
Verhaalmodus (including DLC bosses)
Available Skill Points: 10
Available Shards: 7
Arena Mode
Available Skill Points: 7
Available Shards: 6
An annoying fight that requires you to react quickly. The main frustration comes in the form of the Drakmur clones. The exploding clones can damage you when they spawn (and they can spawn all over the arena). The orb spewing clones can quickly clog the arena with hitboxes if you are unable to find the real Drakmur in time.
Pay attention and dodge accordingly for the mirror wave gauntlet and red orb attacks. Play it safe when clones of the player appear – they activate on a delay, can move fast, and can easily catch you off guard. Make sure to practice your Dash timings for the floating orb attack. Drakmur can overlap several attacks at once, so be patient and careful in your approach.
Challenge Achievements
These achievements pertain to finishing a main campaign playthrough with specific restrictions.
The Sword Saint
Reach the ending without dying once
Aside from bosses, there are four areas in the game where you can die:
- Crusader’s Landing – Getting hit by one of the rolling logs results in an instant death.
- Moon’s Way – The lasers leading up to Aryana’s arena can quickly kill you.
- Negative Zone – Falling off any platform results in an instant death.
- The black hole orbs can also quickly kill you.
- The Spire – Touching any of the ice spikes on the frozen lake results in an instant death.
Complete sidequests at your own risk – the benefits they offer can be great, but some (especially the Alchemist’s sidequest) can be dangerous. Bijvoorbeeld, obtaining the Blessed Trueice Prism gives you a fail-safe against bosses, but picking up the Research Papers in the Negative Zone and crossing the frozen lake in the Spire is rife with instant death opportunities.
Consider skipping the DLC bosses, te. The Skill Points and Shard they provide can be nice, but fewer bosses means fewer opportunities to die.
If you are continuously dying to bosses, try attempting this achievement after you have completed the Iron achievements. You will set yourself up for success by practicing each boss until you can beat each one with no damage taken.
No Country For Godly Men
Finish the game without activating any Shard or Infusions
After defeating the Guardian, you will come across a tutorial area that forces you to equip the Guardian’s Shard in your Active Shard slot and Bloodburst slot to proceed. This will not disqualify you from earning the achievement. Make sure to unequip the Guardian’s Shard after making it past the fallen tree.
Because you won’t have access to powerful Shard abilities and infusions, completing sidequests will be the best way to increase your power.
Diverse prestaties
These achievements pertain to completing various small tasks throughout the main campaign.
First of Many
Die to a Boss
Simply die to any boss to earn the achievement.
Just one more time
Retry a Boss 10 keer op rij
After dying to a boss, you are given the option to Retry or Give Up. Select Retry ten times in a row to earn the achievement.
Logged
Die to a rolling log
After reaching the first save point in Crusader’s Landing, two rolling logs will approach you. Let them hit you to die and earn the achievement.
The Survivor
Talk with Rass
When you enter the Citadel, walk towards the left side of the hallway to reveal a hidden room. Speak to the wounded man – Rass – to earn the achievement.
