- Fix key hitbox so it’s easier to pick up
- disable door after opening it in some cases

- stop narration from running every time in city world
- fix assault weapon / watering can associated items
- add hints to farm world if you try to shoot at the wall
- clarify that axe doesn’t do damge in farm world
