I’ve been paying attention to the thoughts and feedback from the wonderful boomer shooter community. I’ve addressed some of the issues that have come up and I hope I can continue to bring a better experience to you. This update also includes fixes for a few other important factors that have been brought up a few times,
- Firstly the graphics not matching the trailers or screenshot. This is because of the Exponential Squared Fog that was implemented in the lighting, Some of the screen shots were taken before that was implemented, this has been updated and the game looks like it used too.
- 둘째, is the sound. I had currently reverbed the sound effects for the player, this has been removed and the sound has been amped up. To me, the sound now feels more impactful.

ADDED/CHANGED FEATURES
- Control/key mapper is now the first option in the 통제 수단 범주.
- Vibration strength was now added to the options under Enable Vibration.
- Removed Secret/Reviver power up from Level 3 and added a grenade launcher instead.
- Added lighting and props to some levels.
- Added a specific hurt sound for being in acid.
- Added damage sounds for player taking damage above 100 건강.
- Added Diabolic death messages.
- Added Necrosis death messages.
GAME FIXES
- Changed Exponential Squared fog to linear with distance to fixed graphics.
- Grunt enemies have less accuracy and their shotgun shots are now dodge-able.
- Photon projectiles had a green glow instead of blue.
- Added more ammo/health to to a few levels.
- Grunt Enemies take more damage from afar.
- Sword swing speed increased X0.5.
- Removed reverb from audio mixer and added a volume enhancer for player sounds.
- Changed the jump sound (may need to be assessed again)
- When Diabolic mini boss killed the player it would display elite grunt death messages.
- Fixed Rocker launcher height in level 10.
- Fixed extra secrets showing up in level 3.
- Fixed player would load their save and health wouldn’t reduce upon load if they had over 100 건강.
- Fixed sound issues with minigun playing sounds on wrong mixer.
- Changed the Spiker cannon dmg to enemies from 7.5 에게 15.
GAME ISSUES
- Player controller with game pad is not great and needs to be addressed.
- Frames per second affects distance of grenades shot.
- Player can survive Lasers with full armor and health.
- When entering the griever cave in level 4 and jumping, the player can randomly die.
- Berserk powerup falls through floor in level 6.
- Rain trigger doesn’t reactive when in rain.
- Crushers in level 6 can catch player with god mode causing the player to get stuck.
- Number of Enemies killed in level doesn’t match the total number of enemies in the level.
- Noticeable jitter on moving platforms.
- Enemies stick to player on Level 6 Main Elevator.
- Enemies have a late animation call when they are damaged or just died.
- Bosses can still be gibbed.
- When saving and loading at mini boss level 5 the battle music doesn’t play.
- Players get stuck going into water at rock secret in level 2.
- Sword sometimes doesn’t collide with enemy.
- Weapon out of ammo when grabbing berserk stops weapon from shooting.
- Player hurt sounds happen too often in Lava.
- Player hurt sounds still play in acid while divinity power is active.
UPCOMING TASKS
- Fixing the player controller with momentum.
- Make the screen red when obtaining Punisher Power.
- Change weapon wheel selection movement from keyboard to mouse.
- Design better visual textures for the game.
- Add barely surviving health to empower the player.
- Add health based enemy pushback, instead of a damage timer.
- Design a runic key as a key alternative.
- Runic Key needs to implemented into UI.
