There are two methods to achieve this ending or achievement. One way involves convincing the factory workers to end their protest, while the other follows the main storyline. I suggest opting for the main storyline for a smoother experience.

If you choose the first method, simply hit “retry” instead of restarting the entire sequence. 그 다음에, navigate to the factory and select these dialogues to persuade the workers to cease their protest:
