이 업적을 얻으려면, you need to survive for 10 minutes in Level 0 in Singleplayer. To keep track of how much time has passed in Level 0, enable the VHS Effects in the game settings and once the timer hits 10 분, the achievement should pop up.

If you get caught by Bacteria, the time resets and the achievement progress resets back to 0, so you need to survive 10 minutes without dying. Another thing to keep in mind is that this achievement can’t be obtained in Multiplayer.

You can get this achievement on any game difficulty but I would recommend easy difficulty. Hope this guide helps.
