Most of the cities and towns have properties. These properties can be used to construct industry. These will then produce different goods. Some cities have already built an industry that you can only upgrade to advanced. Some let you choose what to build. Make sure you build at least 15 different industries to get “The Thriving Wasteland achievement”. To build/upgrade some of them, you will need to reach a high reputation (보다 “World Attention”). In the quests panel, under property, you can see what you have built, the cost of buildings, and upgrades. I suggest completing this when you have a lot of money, as building and upgrading will require a lot of building materials.

Simply construct and upgrade all industries in the city. To reach 400, you need to construct and upgrade everything in Yin City.
