소개

On this guide, i’ll help you all to get all the achievements on Age of Fear 2: 카오스 로드 골드, not having to search every step by yourself on the game or spending more time than needed to find a missable or hidden achievement. It’s a fun game and you’ll have to think more than just throw your troops onto your enemies, specially playing on Death Seeker mode. You’ll be able to get all the achievements playing only 2 campaigns so you don’t have to replay any of those, so choose wisely which one you’ll play on Death Seeker mode and which one you’ll play on normal/easy mode. I hope you all enjoy this guide and it helps you all to get all the achievements faster than i did, ㅋㅋㅋ.

스토리 관련 업적

In this Section i will breakdown all the achievements that you can get easily during your campaign whether choosing the Demons or the Horde.

중요사항: Some of the achievements or maybe all of them will only unlock only after you close the game, so don’t panic if they don’t pop-up automatically.

• Purple Heart
  Your hero has been hurt! Please don’t cry!- This achievement will unlock eventually, once you get one of your heroes hurt, in any of the 2 main campaigns, you’ll probably get it before finishing one of them so don’t need to rush it.
• From Hell With Love
  Escape from the Underworld!- This achievement will unlock after you leave the underworld playing on the Demons Campaign and cannot be missed.
• Battle Lost
  You have been defeated!- This achievement will unlock in any of the 2 main campaigns, since there are unwinnable matches during those campaigns, you can just throw your weakest hero in the middle of your enemies and watch him die so you get by faster.
• Golems Master – (Missable)
  Learn how to control mighty golems!- For this achievement you have to choose to control the golems once you advance through the demons campaign, you will reach the wizard tower and have 3 옵션, to choose a fire hydra, learn to control the golems or else assassinate the mage while he sleeps, to receive the achievement, choose the golems option. You don’t need to win the battle to receive the achievement, you can just select the option and then after the end of the battle, exit the game or load your saved game to choose another option if you don’t want to continue with the golems.
• The Taming Of The Shrew
  Complete The Demon’s Lover campaign!- 설명이 필요 없음. Once you finish the Demon’s campaign, either way how you choose to end it, you will receive this achievement and cannot be missed.
• Chess Master – (Missable)
  Find the secret chessboard!- For this achievement once you select the Horde campaign, the game will give you the option to play the introduction to the story, select to play the tutorial and then get your hero killed in that first battle, after that the game will let you play another battle on a Chess board, either you win or loose that battle, you’ll get the achievement after, and be able to start play the Horde campaign or restart the tutorial.
• Rage Of The Cow – (Missable)
  Persuade a minotaur to join your party!- To get this achievement after you start the Horde campaign, just go to the Labyrinth as showed below and follow this sequence : Walk into Eastern exit > Take stairs down > Skeletons battle > Take middle exit > Continue exploring > Western Cave (슬라임 + golems – 전투)> Go either door > Go through large door > fight and win against Taz
  After that Taz will join your squad and you will get the achievement
• 블랙 작전 – (Missable)
  Shadow Clan assault!- To get this achievement you will have to progress through the Horde campaign untill you unlock the Wyvern Castle and choose to “kill in the dark”, after you start the battle just send your Shaman hero in the middle of the enemies and let it be killed, so you don’t lose that many troops and trigger the sequence, after losing the first battle, you’ll be able to try it again with couple of ninjas and less enemies, win the second battle and you will receive the achievement.
  
• Warboss
  Complete The Horde campaign!- 자명한. Just finish the Horde campaign in any difficulty to get this achievement. This achievement cannot be missed.
• Death Seeker
  Win any campaign on Death Seeker dificulty. 행운을 빌어요!- 자명한. Although the hardest achievement to get in the game, i do suggest you leave this achievement to do on the Demons campaign, since after you get necromancers/liches and chaos mages/demonologists you can raise a lot of dead bodies and build an army of the undead to win all your battles, you can also use warlocks to hypnotize your enemies, but chaos mages/demonologists also gives you the power to summon fiends, which are very strong. You’ll have to be patient and play strategically and hire strong units once you have opportunity, you can also use the slave ability or bribe ability of your heroes, another important part is to always update your gear whenever you can, plus do a couple of easy secondary battles to level up your heroes and units, getting money and building a strong army. I personally think that the Demons campaign is easier to get this achievement because you can “건너뛰다” the final battle by selecting to stay on Human’s Realm once you are given the choice, so you can “easily” complete this achievement or try your luck on the last battles. So summarizing: Do a lot of battles to get stronger heroes/units, get a lot of gold and upgrade your equipment and buy potions for all your team, be patient on your battles and focus on using necromancers/mages/warlocks to destroy most of your enemies and prevent slaved creatures to desert your army. And the last part but also very important, save the game frequently, so you don’t get smashed and lose all your progress on random events and such. 행운을 빌어요!

Upgrades and Miscellaneous Achievements

이 섹션에서는, i’ll explain how to get all the upgrades/miscellaneous related achievements, most of them you can do it in either one of the campaigns, so just do it!

• Great Summoner
  Summon a mighty demon lord!- To get this achievement you will need to summon a Fiend, to do that you will need either a Demonologist or a Chaos Mage, both of them can summon a Fiend which cost 5 국회의원, after you do that, you’ll get the achievement.
• Puppet Master
  Take control over enemy!- To get this achievement you will need either a Warlock, Will-o’-Wisp or a hero with the Hypnotize spell, with the Warlock and hero you can use the Hypnotize spell and with the Will-o’-Wisp you can use the Possession spell, both of them works just fine and after you get control of 1 enemie with them you’ll get the achievement.
• Elite
  Upgrade any unit to Elite!- 자명한. Once you battle enough times with a unit without getting it killed, you’ll get enough experience to upgrade it to Elite. After you do that with one unit, you’ll get the achievement.
• K-BOOM!
  You have detonated a goblin sapper!- To get this achievement you’ll need to detonate a goblin sapper (the ones that carry a barrel) with fire bolt or fire ball spells, you can use your heroes or any mage/archmage/elementalist/warlock to do that, just watch out for the radius of the explosion so you don’t get your troops killed in the process.
• 베이컨
  Slay a pig!- 자명한. To get this achievement you’ll need to kill a pig during a battle, just play any “city/country” battle untill you find one that has pigs on the map, move your units close to it and slay that pig to get that bacon and the achievement.
• 학자
  Read the whole game guide!- To get this achievement you will need to press the menu option during a fight and select the option “돕다”, after that just keep clicking next until the end of it (22 페이지) and you’ll get the achievement.
• 모방
  Find hidden Mimic!- To get this achievement you’ll need to destroy chests during your battles until you find a hidden mimic, you HAVE to destroy them, otherwise you’ll never find a mimic, this could take a while so always destroy chests and you’ll get it eventually.
• Ashes to Ashes
  Completely disintegrate an enemy!- To get this achievement you’ll need a Chaos Mage, then use the Disintegration spell on an enemy and kill it with it. 이후, you’ll get the achievement.
• Treasurer
  You have hoarded 10000 금화!- 자명한. Just do a lot of battles, and eventually you’ll get this achievement for getting gold from your enemies and chests.
• Good Shave
  Own Razor Edge blade!- You’ll get this achievement once you find the Razor Edge blade, to do that you’ll have to keep battling until it drops from one of the chests on your battles, it could take a while, but eventually you’ll get it and this achievement aswell.
• Summer Sale!
  Play during Summer Sale!- 자명한. You have to play the game during summer sale time. To get this achievement without having to wait one year or less for it, you can simply change the date on your pc and open the game while you’ve changed the date, for me i set the 30th of June of 2022 and it worked, but any day of a summer sale should work aswell to get you this achievement.

비밀 업적

On the last part of this guide, i’ll show you how to get the Secret Achievement “Modder!” in an easy way.

• Modder!
  Upload your first Workshop Item!- To get this achievement you’ll have to create and upload a mod to Steam of Age of Fear 2: 카오스 로드 골드, but relax, it’s easier than it sounds, so i’ll guide you step by step on how to do it easily so you can get the achievement, but if you really want to develop a full mod for the game, feel free to check up the guide on the Workshop Manager that the developer left with plenty of information on how to do it!
  • 첫 번째 단계 – Opening the Workshop Manager
    – In order to get this achievement your first step will be after trying to launch the game, select the option “Workshop Manager” 그리고 재생을 누르세요.
  • 두 번째 단계 – Creating a new Workshop Item
    – After opening the Workshop Manager, you’ll get the image below, just select “Create New Workshop Item” and if you already have agreed to the terms of Steam to create and upload mods, you’ll have a new item created only for you to see it (and the creators/developers of the game), After that you should get a mod with the name CHANGE_ME just like the screenshot below, plus a new page of Steam will be loaded showing your MOD and a new window will pop up with the information of your new item.
  • Third Step – Opening and editing the config notes
    – After you have created the new mod, you’ll have to change some things on the config notes of it, in order for you to be able to upload it to Steam and get the achievement, for that you need to select the “Open Folder” button and after that, you’ll have to open the config notes to edit some things, i’ll putt both screenshots with before and after the changes so you can copy if you want, but if you pay attention you’ll need to only change the values were is written “CHANGE_ME”, you can put anything you want, but you cannot leave all of them the same or you won’t be able to upload it to Steam later on.Normal config notes

  • Fourth Step – Changing the image of your MOD
    – After that you’ll notice that there’s a dot with the name “preview” on the same folder as the config notes, you’ll need to change it so you can upload it to Steam, to do that is really simple, just grab any jpeg/gif/png image that you have/want with at least 100×100 pixels and change the name of it to preview and place it on the same folder, you’ll be asked if you want to update that file with the new one, just agree with it and you’ll be one step closer to the end!
  • Fifth Step – Uploading your MOD
    – After doing all the steps above, you only need to click on the “Upload to Steam” button and select yes after that, once you finish uploading it, you’ll then need to close the Workshop Manager, and open the game again, this time choose to open the game normally, and play any map on it and close it again, you’ll then get the secret achievement “Modder!”
  • Last Note:
    – After you get the achievement, you can simply open the Workshop Manager again, 선택하다 “Steam Item Page” button and then select delete, so you can delete the MOD you just created, if you want it of course.

공포의 시대 2: The Chaos Lord GOLD is a nice strategy turn-based game, fun if you get use to the mechanics and such, you can try mix and match different troops on your army and upgrade your heroes to the fullest and try to slay dragons at the end, if that’s your desire. But after all, it’s an easy game to get 100% of the achievements and with this guide you’ll probably get it in 15-20 hours max.
