Scrapland Remastered – What privacy? 実績ガイド

You are probably wondering what are you supposed to do to obtain the What privacy? Achievement in Scrapland Remastered. It’s not as hard as some might think and relies on taking photos of the Robots performing their “nutty” アニメーション. It might not be entirely clear at first, since taking “nutty photos” is a totally optional side activity that is only briefly mentioned at one point in the game, so here I am with some advice for what to do. Let’s go.

Brace yourself for some spoilers. Just a friendly warning.

How to Take a Nutty Photo

After first meeting a Robot named Sebastian, a beautiful vintage camera, they gift D-Tritus with the ability to… はい, take photos. That is the skill we need for this achievement.

Some Robots will perform a “nutty” behavior. These are special idle animations that capture the robot’s personality. Most of them are dancing or jumping around, with some exceptions like Stapler singing “lalala” (she’s so cute btw), Beholder waving fingers pointing up, the cops flexing their… 1つ, muscles? joints?, or Mayor waiving their hands as if they are on a rally.

When the robot performs its nutty animation, the blue camera reticle will appear on them indicating that the Photo can be taken. Taking a photo will reward us with some cash rewards, so it is especially useful to do it early in the game.

The fastest way to have a Robot perform its nutty animation is to approach the Robot and start the conversation. Then wait approximately 2-4 minutes until they perform their rare nutty animation.

Please note that some robots will not act nutty unless they are in the ‘familiar’ 位置. 例えば, you can meet the Mayor and Chief of Police at the Gambling Joint, but they will never act nutty there.

Nutty Robots and How to Find Them

前述したように, some Robots will not always get nutty, so here is a list of them all with screenshots.

Crazy Gambler – we meet them at The Gambling Joint, they are jumping around and yelling, 良い, like crazy. Start a conversation with them but do not choose any dialogue. They will get nutty in a while.

Chief of Police – we first meet them at the Gambling Joint but they will not get nutty next to the Crazy Gambler, the fastest way to catch them being nutty is to travel to The Police Station. You can find them hanging around the main operations area of sorts.

市長 – same as Chief of Police, they are hanging around in The Gambling Joint but will not act nutty there. They are hanging around in some side office in The TownHall. You can approach them there, start the conversation and wait until they act nutty.

ノート: Mayor can still be encountered at The TownHall after they are murdered, so do not be worried if you missed their nutty photo before.

ベティ – She can be found in The Press Building. They share the same office area with Berto, so you can catch them both at once. She spends most of the time at her desk so remember to catch her walking around, start the conversation and wait near her so she starts dancing eventually

Berto – He can be found in The Press Building. He shares the same office area with Betty, so you can catch them both at once. Chief of Bankers – They are hanging around at The Bank. At the Hub corridor of sorts, near the main hall. Start the conversation and just wait until they start dancing on their walking (or floating?) スティック.

バンカー – They are hanging around any location, cheeky bastards rather steal your money than dance (understandable) so start talking to one and wait until they start dancing

司教 – また, they are at any location. It is easy to catch one spinning around, but to higher your chances start a conversation with any of them and wait around.

警官 – They can be found at any location. Although I don’t recommend the Police Station, they are constantly fighting each other there for some reason. Start a conversation with one, and wait until they start flexing their… muscles.

Armored Cop – 同上, they can be found at any location. Although I don’t recommend the Police Station, they are constantly fighting each other there for some reason. Start a conversation with one, and just wait until they start flexing their… muscles.

Beholder – Any location. また, the easiest way is to force them into an idle state, so start talking to one, and wait around.

Functionary – Any location, they spend most of their time at the desks so catch one walking around, start talking and wait around. I like their moves through.

Stapler – The best locations to catch them are The Press Building, The bank, and The TownHall. They are also at The Police Station but they often get killed due to constant fights there. もう一度, start talking to one and wait around.

Nurse – Any location. She’s jumping on their hammer. Start a talk and wait.

Please note that not all Robots will get nutty, so don’t waste your time to try taking photos of them. すなわち, 彼らです:
