Adjusting some over-performing heroes and characters 🙂

- アマチュア: When you reach level 3 -> 4
- Cheshire Cat: When you roll give a random character +1/0 -> +2/2. When you level up increase by 1/1.
- Demeter: 0x2 -> 1×2. 毎 2 -> 3 rounds you keep characters.
- Dionysus: 毎 2 -> Every time you roll, double the cost -1 -> -2 金.
- Fafnir: 0x2 -> 1×2
- Guan Yin: 毎 3 -> 4 ターン
- Little Match Girl: 2×2 -> 1×2
- Merlin: 毎 4 -> 3 呪文
