The game now pauses when a controller is connected or disconnected
Fixed a boot up crash related to the scenario where the user has a special or accented character in their home folder
Added a band-aid fix to when our few server calls cause the app to be terminated. After crashing once due to our server calls, subsequent bootups should bypass the issue and allow the player to get into the game successfully.
