This guide will show you how to easily create a bomb in the game. But before you start crafting a bomb, you should first find the bomb requirements.
Introduction
You want to create a special thing that your friends have been talking about, and you’re thinking of using it against the King. Sounds pretty straightforward, huh?
Well, I thought so too, but then I spent a big chunk of my game time searching the entire House up and down and found nothing. Surprisingly, the two extra things you need are super easy to find, almost like they’re making fun of you.
Let’s assume you know what you need: a long thingy-thing, a short gizmo-gadget, and a secret ingredient. The short gizmo-gadget is a giveaway, so we’ll skip over it. Loop can help you find it if you forgot.
But here’s the catch – one of these things is in Dormont, so get ready to reapply any boosts and bonuses you want for exploring the House.
Getting Started
Now, let’s talk about the long thingy-thing in Dormont!
Think back to when you met Bonnie. Head just north of that spot, and you’ll find it in the house where the blind man hangs out. It’s locked with a word code, but don’t worry, you already know the magic word (“Change”).
Once you’re inside the blind man’s house, all you need to do is touch the letter sitting on top of a barrel to grab the Long Thingy-thing. Easy peasy!
Secret Ingredient
Now, let’s talk about the Secret Ingredient, which is in the House, but it’s a bit tricky to loop back to. It’s situated after you deal with the boss on the 3rd Floor but before you face the King. All you need to do is approach the frozen person in the halls on your way to the king to get the Secret Ingredient.
Just a heads up: when you see this person, a little scene will play. But, and this is important, watching the scene doesn’t count. You absolutely MUST interact with them after the scene is done and you get control back.
How to Use It
When you’ve got all three ingredients, just touch one of them to make the bomb (each ingredient goes with your Souvenirs).
Once it’s made, the Bomb will end up in your Pockets, and you’ll also get the Memory Of Bomb, so you don’t have to do this whole thing again.
But here’s the catch: the Bomb won’t automatically be used in the King fight. You have to spend a turn to throw it at him. So, don’t forget to use it when the time is right!
