Updates the Hand so it gets out of the way fast when placing a card.
Desserts now draw a card if there the last card in hand
update to activation so now you can program the order by lowest and left most tile
bug fix where sometime the game would lag when activating tiles
bug fix when trying to activate a deleted tile where end turn would not finish
multiple other small fixes and improvements
