A short guide on how to score over 10,000 points in NEKO HANABI.
Il n'y a pas’t appear to be any help or other guides online for this particular achievement so I decided to write my own!
Bien que ce’s not a particularly difficult achievement (once you know how the game works), here are some things that I would’ve appreciated knowing beforehand.
Méthode
This game resembles and functions similarly to Space Invaders with one crucial difference – Vous ne’t die once the aliens reach you.
There are three types of alien, the first two rows offering 10 points whilst the third and fourth give you 20 et 30 points respectively.
It has two stages which it switches between. In the second stage the enemies are now yellow and move a lot faster but are still worth the same amount of points. It is triggered once you reach a certain amount of points in the first stage but we’ll be ignoring the main enemies for the most part anyway.
You only have one life so if you’re hit by an enemy you’il faudra recommencer.
After around 25 steps/beeps, a UFO will appear in the top left corner, flying quickly to the top right corner – These will give you 50-300 points and continue to spawn as long as you continue to hit them. If you do miss any, another one will spawn after a while but you’re probably better off moving to the second stage and trying again once it switches back.
Toi’ll have to switch sides once or twice if you want to keep up with the UFO, so just be careful not to get hit by any of the attacks as you make your way across. If you do manage to hit all of them then the second stage should activate once you reach just over 2000 points.
In this stage just aim to survive and earn any extra points. Hollowing out the enemies in the centre makes this a lot easier, so just ignore the enemies to the side and wait for them to reach you so that you can get back to shooting the UFO’s.
Continue like this and the achievement should be unlocked once you reach the 10,000 point mark!
