I did a small guide to show all the spots where there are special people to talk to. Il y a 32 of them in total so not every level in the game will have special person. Some of them can be find within first 5 seconds while others are hidden.
Also small spoilers ahead.
Niveau 1-3 – Aucun
For the first three levels, il y a’t any special people to talk to.
Niveau 4 – Metro Station
After first fight when going upstairs, there is one person to the right. You can talk to them but be careful, because they disappear once you go to the left and start combat.
Niveau 5 – Toilettes
Hiding inside the toilet cabin in upper-right corner. It will be possible to talk to them once you finish whole combat.
Niveau 6 – Abandoned Metro
Il’s on the very beginning of the level, in front of machines.
Niveau 7 – Train Tunnel
Il’s on the left side of the map, kneeling next to a wall. You need to finish whole combat so you can talk with them.
Niveau 8 – Égouts
Another one that is on the beginning of the level, Difficile à manquer. Right before the first door, there are small stairs on the right that can take you to that person.
Niveau 9 – Chantier naval
After the whole crane section, there is a person sitting on the container that you need to go through to proceed. All you need to do is stand in front of container and you will be able to talk with them.
Niveau 10 – The S.S. Muggler
This one is actually hidden. When there is a section where you need to take stairs three times to go on the top of the ship, before going through third stairs you need to go down and then to the left. There will be one person kneeling down behind boxes.
Niveau 11 – Oil Rig
On the second half of the level, there is a person that is looking through the window. After the combat, you can spoke to them.
Niveau 12 – Aucun
Il’s a jet ski chase, hard to find a person to talk to on the open waters.
Niveau 13 – Civilian Evacuation Center
Another one that is a bit hidden. Before the end of the level, there is a combat inside the building with torture chairs in it. Instead of going up like the game tells you to, you can go to the right on the small bridge to find a person there sitting and fishing.
Niveau 14 – Station-service
After talking to a guy hidden inside the closet, in the middle of the gas station a person will appear, stealing items from shelfs.
Niveau 15 – Motel
Right before the level ends, after the combat on the pool you can go to down-right corner of the pool to find a person there sitting.
Niveau 16 – Hawthorne Diner
Il’s on the start of the level right after you enter the diner. After finishing combat inside the room, you can spoke to that person.
Niveau 17 – Game Studio
After the pillow fight on the last floor, a room in down-left corner of the floor will get unlocked. You can go inside and talk with Eric Jacobus there.
Niveau 18 – Gare
On the beginning of the level, instead of going inside the train station, you can go to the right and talk with a person there.
Niveau 19 – Bidonvilles
On the beginning of the level, before the first combat you can see a person just standing in front of the building. Difficile de rater.
Niveau 20 – Club de combat
Before going to arena, on the left side of the parking there are two people sitting on a trunk of a car.
Niveau 21 – Taverne
Literally the first person you see after the start of the level.
Niveau 22 – Russian Casino
After the combat in first gambling room, you can spoke to a guy in front of sloting machines in upper-left corner of the room.
Niveau 23 – Aucun
Nobody to talk to on a highway, except the guy you’re chasing which is not special person that counts towards the achievement.
Niveau 24 – Aéroport
The guy in suit on the beginning of the level is the one you can talk to.
Niveau 25 – Avion
Before the captain’s room there are bathrooms where one is occupied by special person. You can talk to them whenever you’re not in combat.
Niveau 26 – Chantier de construction
On the second half of the level right before taking the elevator and beginning the section with the sniper, you can go up where there is a red light. On the other building there is a person that you can talk to after combat on this floor.
Niveau 27 – Église
Inside of the church, after the combat you can talk to a person that tries to get forgiveness for being a user of a Twitter.
Niveau 28 – Cimetière
On the right side of the cementary, there is a person that you can talk to only after finishing the whole combat in the level, so talk to them before going through northern cementary gate.
Niveau 29 – Banlieue
At the end of the level before going to Night Club, on the down-right side of the parking lot there is a group of people, in which there is a person you can talk to.
Niveau 30 – Night Club
Right after the combat on the second dance floor and before the end of the level, there is NoiseCream that you can talk with.
Niveau 31 – VIP Room
After the fight on the arena with « The Ugly Swine-Ling », there are cats that you can talk with on the left side of the room.
Niveau 32 – Aucun
No special person jumps onto your truck sadly.
Niveau 33 – Parking Garage
After combat in first room, you can talk to a woman standing next to a car on the right side of parking lot.
Niveau 34 – Hall d'entrée
On the corridor where you start level, there is a guy standing against the wall.
Niveau 35 – Aucun
Nobody to talk to in the elevator.
Niveau 36 – Eightieth Floor
After the whole combat in the first room, you can talk with a woman sitting at the desk on the left side of the room.
Niveau 37 – Éclater
After the combat with scientists, you can talk with a guy behind the window.
Niveau 38 – Laboratoire
Before going inside the room full of robots, there is a scientist smoking a cigarette that you can talk to.
Niveau 39 – Aucun
Boss is special, but not special character that counts towards the achievement.
Niveau 40 – Toit
Au début du niveau, you can go down and talk to a person there.
