We are excited to announce that Shred Off is now available on Steam! fromthetop has been working on this game for the past 5 months to create a snowboarding action game with guns!
In this 3rd-person acción, snowboarding shooter, the player performs Stylish tricks in the Alaskan mountains while gunning down enemies with an arsenal of ranged weaponry. Shred down the mountain on your snowboard to get a high score while competing against your friends!
With the game being in Early Access, we would like to remind you that what you will be seeing in this build is not representative of the final product. But that is why we want to hear your feedback so we can improve the game and deliver an exciting experience! You can do so by reporting bugs, giving feedback in-game via the menu or talking in the Steam forums!
This is a student project done by a team of 12 people from Breda University of Applied Sciences.
We hope you enjoy the game and have a thrilling experience!
What is available in the Early Access?
- Tenemos 2 Niveles, that will still be iterated upon in future updates.
- Across these levels there are 4 tipos de enemigos that challenge your skill.
- You can fight them using 5 diferentes armas equipped from pickup boxes!
- When finishing the levels, you will be presented with your score and time!
What do we plan to improve in the future?
- We want to work as soon as possible on a tutorial, so we can teach you how to play the game.
- All User Interfaces in the game, from the HUD to the menus.
- Work on the environment in the levels and look of the game to commit to the PSX style.
- Add more complexity to the scoring system.
- Improve and polish the feel of the game.
- Fixing bugs!
What do we plan to add in the future?
- An Original Player Character! The girl on the cover will be our official player character.

- In-game leaderboards to directly compare your score with friends or people around the world.
- Improved Settings Menu to edit the game to your liking.
Problemas conocidos
- Niveles – There are collision issues in the levels that the character might respond poorly to.
- Critical Bug – There is a possibility for fatal error when loading a level.
- Critical Bug – Revolver can’t hit Snowmobile Enemy
- Controlador – The controller input to drop your special pickup weapon does not work.
- Armas – The pickups sink into the ground over time, making them unavailable.
- enemigos – Snowmobile enemies stay alive after being killed.
- Ajustes – The Auto Aim accesibility setting gets reset everytime a level is loaded.
