The Specialist Achievement is described as «Complete the Stash mini-game in the forge in less than 3 minutos». This can be quite challenging since the solution in the strategy guide does not work. This guide provides a working solution.
Puzzle Solution
The set of movements in the strategy doesn’t work as written, within the first 8 moves it has you move 21 right and then later wants you to move 21 up when it hasn’t moved anything there. Either it has a type-o or it is missing steps.
In order to get the achievement you have to do complete the puzzle in 3 minutos. If you didn’t get the achievement while playing, you should be able to go into the Extras menu and find it in the Mini-Games section (it’s number 14 you have to have played it in the main game to have access) and try until you get the achievement pop.
Number the locations you can move a blue or gold tile to as follows:
Fila 1: 1 a 10
Fila 2: 11 a 20
Fila 3: 21 a 30
Fila 4: 31 a 40
Fila 5: 41 a 50

The following set of movements will move the gold tile to position 30 which is the win. If you need to stop and read the moves, click on the Menu button in the bottom left corner as this seems to pause the timer.
