Why did this happen?

My assumptions about why the achievement may not be counted.

1. You pass these achievements after completing the «Invisible» main storyline;

The solution turned out to be quite simple. Here is the procedure as I did.

4. Then we have the opportunity to travel around the world. We choose the branch about the invisible and move to the island;
5. We find the camp of the invisible (on assignment);
6. In the same shelter we get the task «Shakilat Ascent»;
7. Climbing out of the shelter and next to the boy, we take the task «Shadows of the Scarab»;
