v3.0.0 Release Notes:
- DSX has transitioned out of beta and is now available to all users. DualSense Emulation features continue to require the DualSense Emulation DLC. Access to DSX v2 remains available through the ‘Launch DSX v2‘ button located at the top left.
Some important points to note about DualSense Emulation:
- Adaptive Triggers function with natively supported games.
- Regarding vibrations, only games with a fallback option like standard rumble will work. If a game only supports Haptic Feedback, vibrations will not be available.
- Rumble support for such games will be introduced in the future as Standard Rumble for wireless usage, and possibly Haptic Feedback for wired usage.
- IMPORTANT: Haptic Feedback is NOT available wirelessly!
- Implemented an auto-uninstall feature when uninstalling DSX from steam to prevent DSX from starting with the system, which previously attempted to reinstall DSX from Steam on every boot.
- Improved Touchpad to Mouse functionality by reducing the delay in touch recognition, allowing quicker initiation of PC mouse movement.
- Resolved issue with Discord Rich Presence where the timestamp was not updating.
- Removed the ‘Window Background Effect’ and ‘Full Dark Mode’ options from Settings due to reports of some users encountering either a blank white or dark window, which can be frustrating.
