The developer of Droneboi: Conquest has released a new update for the game on April 19, 2024. Here are the new things that you should expect to see or change on this new update. This information was curated directly from the official announcement on Steam.
- Haptic feedback on weapons fire for Android, and an optional setting to disable it
- Info buttons in settings for ‘Haptic feedback’, ‘Camera sway’, and ‘Enable advanced Editor tools’ settings because it might not be immediately obvious what they do
- Patched Steam sign in vulnerability allowing naughty people to sign in with your account if they knew you on Steam
- Failed Steam sign in attempts will now prompt a retry first before automatically switching to offline mode
- Increased chat message character limit from 100 to 200
- Separated separator bits now despawn when not attached to anything else, and they have negligible mass and integrity
- Changing the sound effects volume in settings now takes effect immediately instead of after a restart
- Chat messages at the top will gradually dissapear after 100 have been received
- Removed minimum torque clamp for reaction wheel logic input
- Inverted reaction wheel logic input turning rotation to match speed and tilt sensor outputs
- Added the ‘Enable advanced Editor tools’ switch to the settings menu, ontop of the existing switch in the editor pause menu, because apparently you’re all blind
- Fixed reaction wheel spinning CCW from 0 logic input
