Rework void charge:
Now players no longer need to use the void charge skill to do basic attack. but basic attacks now cost VE.
When player VE = 0, change basic attack to NoVE attack.
Skill void charge has rework to a skill which buff player atk. also offset the effect of void uncharge.

fix a bug if a character in death door state gets hit by a 0 dmg attack , this can still trigger death door. Now this is not the case anymore.
