Hold left (← or A) and accelerate (↑ or W) at same time, then hold your balance.

Hold right tilt (→ oder D) and push front break (↓ or S), then hold your balance
High jump
Jump up high
Go throught a ramp at high speed while hold duck (SCHICHT), at the ramp end, release duck (SCHICHT) and push jump (RAUM)
