• Using Aura of Creativity as much as you can, Research Architectural Design at your home drafting table until you get painting level 10 and career level 10. I put my sim’s finished drawings on the walls of the studio to provide environment boosts.
• As soon as you can afford to, buy some good-quality basic items to keep your sim happy and productive (ex. a stereo for in your studio, Bett, Toilette, Dusche, Kühlschrank)

This step is pretty monotonous and repetitive, so I like to mix it up by:
