This guide will tell you about the stats of the enemies in Saints Row. I found the names from the challenges and by looking at the vpp_pc files, but I’m not sure where the npc variable values are kept, and even if I did, the files are likely encrypted. Also, the health values are estimates derived from testing in the game.

The health values are estimated by assuming a kick inflicts 10 Schaden. Enemies level up with your character, capped at level 20. Auf Niveau 20, enemies have approximately double the health/armor compared to level 1.
Under these assumptions, the Marshall Assault Rifle is estimated to deal 6.67 Schaden. This suggests that kicks actually deal 15 Schaden, while the assault rifle inflicts 10 Schaden. Der „offiziell“ stats are likely 1.5 times the values provided. Verifying with the assault rifle is challenging due to variability, whereas kick damage is more consistent as it reliably staggers enemies.
