Cursed Possessions

Cursed possessions are items that have special abilities to help you on your missions. Es gibt 6 total cursed possessions.

There is only one cursed possession per mission. You can take a photo of anyone of these cursed possessions, for a money reward. Every cursed possession has a 1/6 chance of spawning. Each of these items will help you in some sort of way, whether that be finding the ghost room, getting a picture of the ghost, or restoring your sanity. Jedoch, they all have a downside as well.

Beschwörungskreis

The summoning circle is the most obvious of the cursed possessions. The summoning circle can be used to summon the ghost, by lighting all 5 of the candles using a lighter. Once the candles are lit, the ghost will appear and remain stationary for about 5 Sekunden. Once the five seconds are over, the ghost will start a cursed hunt. This can be used to easily capture a ghost photo. The summoning circle is a one-time use item.

Ouija-Brett

The Ouija board is an item that can be used to ask the ghost questions, auf Kosten der Vernunft. There are multiple questions you can ask it, each question lowering a different amount of sanity. Shy ghost or not, the ghost always responds to the Ouija board at any location in the building. The Ouija board can be used multiple times. Es gibt insgesamt 44 questions you can ask the ghost. Voodoo-Puppe

The voodoo doll is an item that can cause the ghost to interact with stuff around you. The voodoo doll has 10 verwendet. I recommend using the voodoo doll on the ghost if it is being stubborn, and won’t give any evidence. If you interact with the voodoo doll, einer der 10 pins will be pushed down, causing the ghost to interact with something. This can also be used to make the ghost give a piece of evidence. If a regular pin is pushed down, it will cause an interaction and drain the user’s sanity by 5%. Jedoch, if the pin on the heart is pushed down, it will start a cursed hunt, and drop the users sanity by 10%. The pins that are pushed down are randomized, and theres no way to control which pin will be chosen. If a pin is pushed, and the user’s sanity is less than the sanity that pin would drain, all remaining pins will also get pushed in and start a cursed hunt.

Spukspiegel

The haunted mirror is an item that will appear on the wall, that can be used to find the ghost’s location. The mirror has multiple uses, depending on the users sanity. You may pass right by it, due to the fact that it blends in well with the environment of most maps. Einmal erhalten, you can look into the mirror to see the ghost’s location. Auch, everything in the mirror is live, therefore any players, Objekte, or doors that move at the ghost’s location will be seen in the mirror. Looking into the mirror will drain the user’s sanity at a rate of about 7.5%/s, so don’t look into it too long. Once the users sanity reaches zero, the mirror will break, rendering it useless, while also starting a cursed hunt.

Tarotkarten

The tarot cards are an item that can give multiple benefits, but downsides as well. The tarot cards have 10 randomly generated cards. You can draw a card from the deck, and depending on the card, you will get an effect. Es gibt 10 different cards, they will all be listed below.

Spieluhr

The music box is an item that can be used to find the ghost location. The music box can only be used once. When a player is using it, the ghost will sing along with the music while remaining invisible, revealing the ghost’s location. If the music box is 5 meters or less from the ghost, it will start manifesting and walking toward the box. If the ghost touches the music box, or it is dropped while playing, it will start a cursed hunt.
