Here’s the mail that never fails! There are nearly a hundred of these mail quests, and some of them are difficult, cryptic, or BOTH! So here’s how you can show these quests who’s boss!

Messages in the river

One category of quests is that Filbo will find messages in the river. Thanks to the river water damaging the notes, parts of the letters are stained incomprehensibly, so you have to rely on the few key words to know who wants these respective snax.

Niedriger Takroach, Gesund, Ausbildung
Falten: Chandlo

Chandlo wants a healthier version of the Tacroach, and such a snak can be found in the Simmering Springs. Wait until night, and then go to Wiggle’s old hangout. Place a trap down, then hide until one walks into it. After you catch one, feed it to Chandlo, and later you’ll get a letter from him thanking you.

Belohnen: Hängematte (Goes into the Bed space)

Wie, Totes, Instabug
Falten: Beffica

A snaxscope obsessed snak for a snaxscope obsessed grumpus. This lad and Beffica are one of the same! Instabug can be found hiding in the bushes of Frosted Peak. When you see a shaking bush, aim a Trip Shot to line up with where the snak will leave. You can also use the Snak Trap to catch it, but this requires some reflexes, so using a Trip Shot is way easier. Nachher, stand back and look at the bush with the Snaxscope. The Instabug will come out for its time in the spotlight, only to get tripped up and caught easily. Feed it to Beffica and return to the mailbox for a job well done!

Belohnen: Bulletin -Brett (Goes into the Poster spaces)

Classified, Aggroll
Falten: Snorpy

Snorpy certainly tried to hide himself, but you can see him clear as day. Good thing you aren’t a Grumpinati member! Aggrolls can be found frozen in the cave in Frosted Peak. Thaw out the ice block (Either with a Trip Shot or by setting yourself on fire and making a run for it), then pull out the Snakgrappler to pull its box off. Toss it to the side and quickly scoop it up. Discreetly feed it to Snorpy and go back home like nothing ever happened.

Belohnungen: Metal plating (Tapete) and Metalworks flower (Goes into the Planter space)

Zeichen, Flamin‘ Cheeloof, Gelegenheit
Falten: Cromdo

Trade offer: I receive a Flamin‘ Cheeloof, you receive plenty of frustration trying to catch one. You may think tossing a Paletoss into the Flamin‘ Cheepoof is the way to do it, but don’t bother; there’s a much easier method. Find a La Sodieux outside the cave, then catch its attention using the Snakgrappler. Lead it into the cave, and hopefully it’ll stop getting mad at you and will instead spray all over the fiery snax, including a Flamin‘ Cheeloof. Catch the Cheepoof before it falls into the lava (But if it does, don’t worry cuz the La Sodieux will keep spraying), and maybe nab a Noodler and the Sodieux for good measure. Feed it to Cromdo and cash in your goods!

Belohnen: Bug Juice dispenser (Goes into the Outside space)

Wrangle, Karamell Poptick, Kaktus

Wambus continues his weird cactus shenanigans by asking for what is supposedly Cactriffy’s favorite snak. What a bugger this one is. This snak is the only snak that appears only when it rains, so check the map for when it’ll next rain and then sleep until then. If there is no listed time, just sleep for the maximum amount of time and check the map again. Once it’s raining, make a b-line for Flavor Falls and enter the cave behind the branches you have to crouch under. It’ll be filled with Caramel Popticks. Sie sind, as Shelda defines, beings of pure chaos, so all you can do is put a trap down and pray. Sauce may be able to influence this, Aber ich habe es nicht versucht, so try it yourself. Once you catch one, feed it to Wambus and awkwardly walk away.

Mystery Snak

There’s a good reason to keep donating snax after your inventory is maxed out, and it’s not just to be a sweetheart. Gramble will occasionally send you letters asking for certain snax he’s seen or heard of. If you’re diligent in donating, sometimes he’ll send you a letter asking for a snak, realize you’ve already donated one, and sent you the reward right after!

Big heart flying in the sky
This one is the Lovely Sweetiefly. It appears in the entrance of Simmering Springs during the daytime. Like all Sweetieflies, if you try to catch it while it’s fluttering around, it’ll fly around erratically and evade capture, so wait until it’s asleep. Von dort, use your Lunchpad to launch a trap onto it, schließen Sie es, and either rush to grab it or use your Snakgrappler. Give some heart to heart to Gramble and claim your goods!

Like Gramble says, it’s not a Razzby, and it’s not a Cheery either. It’s a White Strabby, which you can find near Wambus‘ farm back in Garden Grove. It’s basically the same as regular Strabby aside from being a cracker, so catch it like you would a regular Strabby.

Belohnen: Strick -Sprout -Matte

Jumps from tree to tree
This one is the Cobhopper, one of the most annoying to catch snax in the game. It’s in Garden Grove, and it jumps from tree to tree unpredictably. All you can really do is place a Trip Shot between two trees and just wait until the Cobhopper jumps that way. Sobald das erledigt ist, just catch it and be thankful you never have to catch it again, lest you wanna turn someone to corn.

This one is the Cheery. You’re not gonna find it easily in the wild, obwohl. To even find one, you need to split a Scoopy Banoopy to get it alongside two Banoppers and a Scoopy. The Cheery hides in bushes similarly to Strabby, so catch it like you would a Strabby.

This one is the Golden Kweeble, found in Boiling Bay. Like White Strabby, it’s identical to Kweeble save for the color, so just catch one like you do the Kweeble.

Flies around in the desert
It’s not sweet, which excludes Crystal Sweetiefly, and isn’t meaty, which excludes the Buffalocust. And it’s not a Cheepoof, so this leaves only the Black Lollive. To catch a Black Lollive, have it grab something by coating something in Cheese. The Buggy Ball might work, or you might wanna try a snak. With it preoccupied, it won’t be able to grab your Snak Trap, so lob one onto it with the Lunchpad to catch it!

Picantis lost a fight
Three different snax pop out of the Preying Picantis, so I’ll make it easier for you and say it’s the Tacroach. Don’t believe its description; it ISN’T easy to catch. Mindestens, not if you don’t know what you’re doing. Don’t just run at it with your trap out, cuz it’ll just run away, and unlike their Baja cousins, these ones have a whole playground to flee in. Stattdessen, place down a trap, and lead the Tacroach into it with Hot Sauce or Cheese.

Legendary snax
Once you’ve completed Chandlo, Wackeln, Cromdo, and Snorpy’s quests, Gramble gives you his hardest challenge: Catch all four legendary snax AGAIN! You can resummon them by going to where you fought them and clicking the statues there. Their fights aren’t any harder now than theyh were when you first battled them, so remember your old strats and catch all four of them! Keep in mind that this doesn’t include the Cheddabordle Rex, so don’t worry about that one. Just get Mama Mewon, Megamaki, Mothza Supreme, and Daddy Cakelegs.

Belohnen: Bunger Bett

Und damit, all of Gramble’s quests are done! But you can keep donating him snax if you wish. It’s fun, and I bet it’ll leave him tickled pink! Also… tickled even pinker.

Catch all the snax

Not all snax are needed to capture for any quests. Davon abgesehen, to complete these, you’ll want to catch em all anyway, cuz these quests strictly demand it! I’ll give a basic rundown on how to catch each snak, but if you need something in depth you’ll have to look elsewhere.

Gartenhain
Garden Grove has nine snax.

  • Bunger: Coat one in Ketchup or Cheese and have another run it over.
  • Freute sich: Place a trap near the Fryders, then coat it in ketchup to lure them down.
  • Shishkabug: Coat the bush it’s hiding in in ketchup, then place a trap where it lines up with another bush. A Bunger will hit it, sending the Shishkabug running into your trap.
  • Süße: Wait for it to sleep, then Lunchpad a trap onto it. It only appears during the day.
  • Weißer Strabby: Place a trap where it roams and walk back. Maybe coat it in chocolate to make things easier.
  • Dr. Sodie: Just place a trap in its path and close it when it gets near.
  • Weenieworm: Lure it into a trap with Ketchup.
  • Cobhopper: Line a Trip Shot between two trees and wait.
  • Knuspriger Snakpod: Just grab one. There are guides to their locations.

Belohnen: Leiterregal

Flavor Falls has 13 snax.

  • Strabby: Place a trap where it roams and walk back. Maybe coat it in chocolate to make things easier.
  • Pinkle: Grapple its jar and toss it aside, then grab it before it can get back into its jar.
  • Wurzel: Place a trap where it roams and walk back. This one appears during the day.
  • Weißer Wurzel is caught in the same way, but appears during the night.
  • Grüner Lutscher: Coat something in cheese and let it grab it, then lob a trap at it while its preoccupied.
  • Inchwrap: Lead it onto a surface it can’t burrow under (Like rocks), then startle it into attempting to burrow again. It’ll stun itself so you can nab it.
  • Sandoped: Throw a Trip Shot into its path, stunning it and some of its followers.
  • Sub Sandopede is caught in the same way.
  • Ruby Peelbug: Push it out of its burrow by using the Buggy Ball. Run to the other side, then place a trap.
  • Karamell Poptick: Place a trap and wait for one to leap into it. This one only appears during the rain.
  • Turny Snakpod: Just grab one. There are guides to their locations.
  • Mama Mewon: Get to Chandlo’s final quest. Once it’s summoned, Lock a Wee Mewon in a trap but don’t catch it. The Mama Mewon will ram into it, so you can drop a stalactite onto it. Do this three times, then Chandlo will take over. Drop another Stalactite on it, and you can grab it.
  • Wee Mewon: Assuming you didn’t catch one when fighting Mama Mewon, just place a trap near one. They will hop towards the trap for an easy capture.

Belohnen: Rustikales Bett

Simmernde Quellen
Simmering Springs has 12 Bugsnax.

  • Kweeble: Lure it into a trap using Chocolate. Make sure it doesn’t nudge the trap away!
  • Krapple: Place a trap right outside its den and wait.
  • Pinantel: Coat it in Chocolate or Peanut Butter so a Crapple grabs it. The Crapple will throw it to its den and stun it.
  • Orange Peelbug: Push it out of its burrow by using the Buggy Ball. Run to the other side, then place a trap.
  • Razzby: Place a trap where it roams and walk back. Maybe coat it in chocolate to make things easier.
  • Grüne Traubenkeeto: Coat a nearby snak with chocolate and let it feed off of it. It’ll become plump and incapable of flying away. It only appears during the night.
  • Snaquiri: Lob a trap onto it at the apex of its jump using the Lunchpad.
  • Tropicabug: Lure it into a trap with hot sauce. Don’t startle it, or else it’ll hide forever.
  • Schöne Süße: Wait for it to sleep, then Lunchpad a trap onto it. It only appears during the day.
  • Niedriger Takroach: Either lure it into a trap with hot sauce or cheese, or chase it to the edge and drop a trap. It cannot hide in any bushes, so that’s safe. It only appears during the night.
  • Waffstackarak: Summon them during the day by ringing the triangle at Wiggle’s old place. Von dort, you can either trip them or have a Crapple grab them. It only appears during the day.
  • Mürrischer Snakpod: Just grab one. There are guides to their locations.

  • BBQ-Bunger: Use the Lunchpad to launch it to the lower level, then cover it in Ketchup to get a Spuddy to hit it. Or just use the Trip Shot.
  • Süße Freuden: Use the Lunchpad to lauch a trap to it. The windmill will push it off the cliff afterwards.
  • Rippe: Lure it to a trap with Hot Sauce. Alternative, there’s a Ribblepede low enough to catch with just a trap if you’re really fast.
  • Poptick: Coat it in Hot Sauce to get a Scorpenyo to pop it. Nachher, lure it away from the Scorpenyo with chocolate and into a trap.
  • Spuddy: Lure it to another Spuddy. They will attack each other and get stunned.
  • Skorpion: Use the Trip Shot in water to stun it and douse it.
  • Schüchterner Weenywurm: Place a trap nearby and scare the Weenyworm into it.
  • Cheeloof: Use the Lunchpad to launch a trap onto it.
  • Weißer Cheepoof is caught in the exact same way, but only appears during the night.
  • Crystal Sweetiefly: Wait for it to sleep, then Lunchpad a trap onto it. It only appears during the day.
  • Grüner Peelbug: Push it out of its burrow by using the Buggy Ball. Run to the other side, then place a trap.
  • Puffy Snakpod: Just grab one. There are guides to their locations.

Belohnen: Gelddruckteppich

Sugarpine Forest
Sugarpine Forest has 10 Bugsnax.

  • König: Track its path using the Snaxscope, then use the Trip Shot to intercept it.
  • Charmlow: Use Chocolate to lure it into a Big Bopsicle. It will thaw and stun the Charmallow.
  • Zimt: My favorite snak! Use the Lunchpad to launch a trap onto it, then grab the likely far away trap with the Snakgrappler.
  • Hunnabee: Either toss a Basketball or launch your Buggy Ball onto it.
  • Streuen: Startle it off its pillar, then use a Trip Shot to intercept its path.
  • Gelbe Peelbug: Push it out of its burrow by using the Buggy Ball. Run to the other side, then place a trap.
  • Bopse: Thaw it using either the steamy lakes or a Charmallow, then stun it with a Trip Shot.
  • Big Bopsikel: Thaw a Big Bopsicle and wait fifteen seconds. It’ll split into two Bopsicles that will be stunned.
  • Regenbogen süß: Wait for it to sleep, then Lunchpad a trap onto it. It only appears during the day.
  • NusTy Snakpod: Just grab one. There are guides to their locations.

Catch all the Snax Part 2

Boiling Bay has 15 Bugsnax.

  • Grüner Crapple: Place a trap right outside its den and wait.
  • Graypeskeeto: Coat a nearby snak with chocolate and let it feed off of it. It’ll become plump and incapable of flying away. It only appears during the night.
  • Golden Kweeble: Lure it into a trap using Chocolate. Make sure it doesn’t nudge the trap away!
  • Großer Kokomit: Break open its shell with either Lava or a Paletoss. Then either stun it or have a Crapple catch it.
  • Weniger Cocomite is caught in the exact same way.
  • Die Säuerung: Just place a trap in its path and close it when it gets near.
  • Nudeler: Lure a La Sodieux into the volcanic cave. It will spray all the fiery snax, which you can nab before it falls into lava.
  • Tolle Palestress: Place a Trip Shot in the lava and stun the Paletoss Grande with it, thawing it.
  • Palette: Thaw a Paletoss Grande and wait fifteen seconds. It will split into two stunned Paletosses.
  • Red Banopper: Aim a trip shot between two trees and hope it works. Als Anmerkung, the one that jumps between two trees in the ocean is, soweit ich weiß, impossible to stun, so go for the one near the cave.
  • Flamin‘ Cheeloof: Lure a La Sodieux into the volcanic cave. It will spray all the fiery snax, which you can nab before it falls into lava.

  • Fruchtiger Snakpod: Just grab one. There are guides to their locations.
  • Megamaki: Get to Wiggle’s final quest. Sobald der Kampf beginnt, use the Trip Shot to intercept Megamaki’s path, and make sure to not stay too close or it’ll break some pillars. When it’s stunned, catch as many Minimakis as you can. Once all Minimakis are caught, you can catch the Megamaki. Am wichtigsten, try not to get too distracted jamming out to the best song in the game!

Belohnen: Piratenschiff

Sizzlin‘ Sand
Sizzlin‘ Sands has 15 Bugsnax.

  • Geladener Spuddy: Lead it into a Trip Shot as it charges forward.
  • Trivach: Douse a Preying Picantis, dann warte 15 Sekunden. It’ll split into two of these things. Place a trap and coat it in cheese or Hot Sauce to lure it in.
  • Jagd auf Picantis: Use the Lunchpad to launch it near the lake. A Sodie D will douse it, and then you can use a Trip Shot to stun it.
  • Schwarzer, herzlich: Coat something in cheese and let it grab it, then lob a trap at it while its preoccupied.
  • Buffalocust: Using Ranch or Hot Sauce, have it ram into a spot near the lake. This will stun it and likely get it doused.
  • Eggler: Break its shell open using something hot (You have many sources!), then go to whatever bush it hides in. Then drop a trap near it.
  • Flapjackarak: Lead it into a Trip Shot as it charges forward.
  • Scorpepper: Lure it down to a Lunchpad with Cheese, then launch it near the lake. A Sodie D will douse it.
  • Incherritos: Lure it onto rocks with cheese or hot sauce. It’ll see you as it surfaces, try to burrow again, and get stunned.
  • Schwarzer Razzby: Place a trap where it roams and walk back. Maybe coat it in chocolate to make things easier.
  • Sodie d: Just place a trap in its path and close it when it gets near.
  • Cheezer: Track its path using the Snaxscope, then use the Trip Shot to intercept it.
  • Fleischiger Snakpod: Just grab one. There are guides to their locations.
  • Mothza Supreme: Get to Cromdo’s final quest. Sobald der Kampf beginnt, blow up the rock in the middle with a Bombino and place a Lunchpad in it. Use Bombinos to launch them into Mothza, then chop it with the Snakgrappler. Do this again, then it will fly out of range of the Lunchpad. Stattdessen, pick up a Bombino, run into one of its big tornados, and toss the Bombino from there. Then chop it one more time.
  • Bombino: Assuming you haven’t caught it during the Mothza Supreme fight, lure it into water, which will douse it and make it hide. Then toss it into another snak to stun them both.

Belohnen: Wüstendruck

Frostiger Gipfel
Frosted Peak has 14 Bugsnax.

  • Chippie: Track its path using the Snaxscope, then use the Trip Shot to intercept it.
  • Chillynilly: USe chocolate to lure it into a fire. This will stun it.
  • Ich flattere: Coat it in Peanut Butter. This will cause it to close and be easily captured.
  • Berg. Sodie: Just place a trap in its path and close it when it gets near.
  • Stewdler: The first one can be launched near the lake with a Mt. Sodie. The second one can be doused with a Chillynilly.
  • Aggroll: Find an Aggroll frozen in a block of ice, then thaw it. Nachher, grapple its shell and toss it aside, then catch the snak.
  • Banopper: Thaw out a Scoopy Banoopy, and wait for 15 Sekunden. It will split into a Cheery, two Banoppers, and one Scoopy. Once the Banoppers start hopping, find the trees they’re in, then try to intercept it with a Trip Shot.
  • Scoopy: Thaw out a Scoopy Banoopy, and wait for 15 Sekunden. It will split into a Cheery, two Banoppers, and one Scoopy. Unearth the Scoopy, then thaw it with any means necessary. This will stun it.
  • Heiter: Thaw out a Scoopy Banoopy, and wait for 15 Sekunden. It will split into a Cheery, two Banoppers, and one Scoopy. This one can be caught just like a Strabby or Razzby.
  • Scoopy Banoopy: Place a Trip Shot in a campfire or brazier, then trip the Scoopy Banoopy with it. This will stun and thaw it.
  • Instabug: Find a shaking bush (And confirm it isn’t a Cheery), then line up a Trip Shot where the Instabug will leave. Then bring up your Snaxscope to lure it out.
  • Melty Snakpod: Just grab one. There are guides to their locations.
  • Daddy Cakelegs: Get to Snorpy’s final quest. When you get to Frosted Peak, light the candle in the big cave. The Cakelegs will awaken, and will raise ice walls in retaliation. Light its candles (Trip shot recommended, but lighting it with your body is fun), then chase it down afterwards. Its second location will be near the big gate Eggabell tried to open, and the third location will be to the right edge of the map. On the third and final phase, you have to light just one candle, but it climbs the wall to make it more difficult.
  • Baby CakeLegs: If you haven’t caught one during the Daddy Cakelegs fight, you can find some in the big cave. They do not run, so just catch them in a trap.

Catch all the Snax: Gebrochener Zahn

Gebrochener Zahn
Broken Tooth has 11 Bugsnax.

  • Bunger Royale: Throw Shrink Spice on it, then use the Trip Shot to stun it.
  • Cheddorb: Throw Shrink spice on it, then it’ll hide in a log Peelbug style. Push it out with the Buggy Ball, and trap it as it leaves.
  • Mubloman: Throw Shrink Spice on it, then use the Trip Shot to thaw and stun it and its friends.
  • Spaghider: Throw Shrink Spice near it, and coat it in cheese. The Spaghider will grab it. Once the spice expires, it will explode and shrink the Spaghider. Sobald das passiert, launch a trap at it, then close at the apex.
  • Clawbsteroni: Throw Shrink Spice at it, then lure it into a trap with cheese or Hot Sauce. Make sure you don’t need its trampoline first, obwohl!
  • Ausgabe: Throw Shrink Spice at it, then coat a Trip Shot in hot sauce. The Tikkada will fly into it and get stunned, also falling into the water.
  • Pielobit: Pull its four tabs with the Snakgrappler. It’ll run when you do this, but chase after it and keep it going. Once its shell falls off, toss Shrink Spice on it and trap it.
  • Schokolade: Throw Shrink Spice at it, and then trap it. They’re best found on Cellystix.
  • Cellystix: Throw Shrink Spice at it, then trap it. Make sure Chocolants and Spaghider don’t get in the way.
  • Devilled Eggler: This absolute bastard is my least favorite. I don’t know a consistent strategy to catch it, but the best I’ve got is to coat a Millimochi in Hot Sauce to get this thing to chase after it, dousing it. Then throw Shrink Spice at it and catch it. It’s finnicky and takes a long time, but that’s the best way I’ve found.
  • Cheddaboardle Rex: Complete all the Broken Tooth quests, then meet up at the rubble. You’ll face off against the Cheddaboardle Rex. There are four phases to this fight. Für den ersten, just have the Cheddaboardle throw Cheddorbs into the catapults, then launch them with the Trip Shot. Mach das zweimal, then two more catapults covered in rocks will appear. Shrink a Cheddorb, and it will crawl into the rubble, breaking it and revealing another catapult that you can load up and launch. Mach das zweimal, then two ramps will open. Have the Cheddaboardle throw Cheddorbs up these ramps and into the catapults, then launch them into Cheddaboardle. For the final phase, a maze will open, and your Buggy Ball will fall into the battlefield. Lure Sprout through the maze, then load it into the catapult in the end. It will throw itself into the Cheddaboardle, finally breaking its shell. Shrink it, then use the Trip Shot to stun it, and the Cheddabordle is yours!

Belohnen: Chandlolier (Grade A pun right there)

Und damit, you’ve caught all 111 snax in all of Snaktooth Island! Don’t believe this man’s lies. There is another, deep in a place you should never, ever explore. It is called the Cappucheetle. Scan an Interesting Event

Beffica and Triffany have some interesting things they wanna see, and they’d like you to find them!

Welp, time to be a monster. Go back to where you found those Shy Weenyworms and coat one in ketchup. It will become so enraged that it’ll grow in size and attack everything in sight! Make sure you scan it as you run for your life!

NEIN, this doesn’t mean scan a BBQ Bunger who’s gay. This means scan one that’s on fire. Use your Lunchpad to launch it into the lower area, and coat it in Hot Sauce to anger a Scorpenyo. Once it attacks, scan the Bunger and claim your cruel reward.

Scan a Sodie watering Wambus‘ old garden in Garden Grove
How sweet! Even though Wambus has moved on for greener pastures, Triffany still wants to water his old garden! To get a Dr Sodie to do this, use the Lunchpad to spring it up to the old garden, then coat the plants in sauce to get the Sodie to spray all over it, then scan that.

Belohnen: Dig Site Paint

Scannen Sie einen Hunnabee mit einem Basketball, der daran festgehalten wird.

This one is a bit tougher. You’ll need to lure one Crapple to the other using sauce, preferably on a Buggy Ball. Once they are close, coat one Crapple in Chocolate or Peanut Butter, then the other will grab it. Scan it and claim your reward!

I think this is possible with either Sandopede or Sub Sandopede. Simply coat a Sandopede in cheese and watch the Lollive grab it. Sadly it only holds the one, not the entire Sandopede, but that’s good enough for Beffica to have a chuckle.

Scan a Picantis caught in Flapjackarak’s whirlwind
Easier than it seems, even if Flapjackarak fears Picantis. Just coat the Flapjackarak in cheese or hot sauce and anger it. The Picantis will chase it, and then get caught in its gust.

Scannen Sie einen gefrorenen Stewdler
To freeze a Stewdler, wait until night and then enter the upper cave. Lure the Chillynilly into the Stewdler with chocolate to make it thaw it out. After a bit, it will freeze the Stewdler, which is your prompt to scan it.

Belohnen: Lila Lupin

Scannen Sie ein Pinkle mit einer Aggrollbox
Gott sei Dank, the spot where you’d find the Aggroll also has a frozen Pinkle! Thaw them both out, and catch the Aggroll.Then, yoink the Pinkle’s shell, but don’t catch it. Stattdessen, toss the Aggroll box onto it, and it’ll start wearing that instead!

Scan a Grapeskeeto sucking a Noodler
Wait until night before entering the Boiling Bay. Nachher, lure out a Noodler and have it doused by La Sodieux. Now that it’s doused, you can coat it in chocolate to have a Grapeskeeto drink from it. Scan this, and Beffica will be pleased. Don’t mind her text. That’s how she normally talks.

Lost Items

The lost items might be the most infamous quests in the game. They can get difficult, cryptic, or BOTH! You’ll need to master your parkour skills and the Lunchpad to get these ones!

Beffica’s lost item
Beffica’s dice bag is hidden in the trees surrounding her old cave. Head out of her cave and head to your right. Hop on the rocks and then onto the trees nearby. Once you reach the second tree, use the Lunchpad to spring yourself onto the third tree. The item is there. Grab it with your hands, because the Snakgrappler can’t carry it.

Belohnen: Fuzzy Heart rug

Wiggle’s lost item
Wiggle’s Grummpy awards are hidden on a rock on the far left of the beach. Find the rock that looks like stairs, then spring onto the first step. Grapple the Lunchpad to place it on the second step, then bounce to the top. There is Wiggle’s item.

Belohnen: Platinum Award

Filbo’s lost item
Filbo’s laundry is on top of Triffany and Floofty’s tent in Snaxburg. Start on Lizbert and Eggabell’s balcony, then jump onto Filbo’s roof. Run across the gateway to Scorched Gorge, then jump onto the tent. Grab Filbo’s laundry. This is the only quest you can do without the Lunchpad, cuz normally you can’t actually use it in Snaxburg.

Belohnen: Pawprint rug

Er hat es ihm gegeben‘ fertilizer is on top of the ledge you fell from just before you met Filbo in Flavor Falls. Place the Lunchpad on the rock, and launch yourself on top of the bridge. Von dort, the fertilizer is in plain sight.

Belohnen: Beechwood

Cromdo’s lost item
Cromdo’s paints are on top of the highest ground in Scorched Gorge. Place the Lunchpad anywhere near the rock wall where Cromdo was originally staying. Aim at the top of the wall, then JUMP before launching yourself upwards. This gives you double the height that just launching yourself would. Von dort, the paints are yours! Err, Cromdo…

Belohnen: Großer Safe

Snorpy’s lost item
This one is the most infamous one, and you probably came here to find out about this one, cuz Snorpy uses his signature cryptic-ness to his disadvantage here. He doesn’t tell you, but it’s in the basketball court in Sugarpine Woods. Place your Lunchpad on the fence of the higher ground, and aim towards the rocks holding the outmost basketball hoop. Jump and launch yourself, then retrieve your Lunchpad. Place your Lunchpad down and aim at the top of the hoop, then jumplaunch again to reach the surveyance camera.

Belohnen: Satellitenschale

Triffany’s lost item
Das ist, Meiner Meinung nach, the hardest lost item to get, and by extension, the hardest mail quest in the game. At the top of the mountain, many rocks and ice blocks are jutting out, and you need to launch from rock to block in sequence, with no mistakes, to get it. I can’t explain it very well in text, but I only have two tips. Erstens, don’t jumplaunch. That’ll just result in overshooting. Zweitens, try and try again. Bald, you’ll master the positions and conquer the mountain, becoming the master of parkour!

Belohnen: Riesenskelett (Einer von, wenn nicht, my favorite furniture item. Fantastic reward for what you had to do to get here.)

Floofty’s lost item
Their lost item is inside the lava cave in Boiling Bay. Start by launching yourself onto the rocks next to the Cocomite statue with one straw, hoping to Mother Naturae that the Noodler doesn’t make things difficult. Launch to the second step, then go to the ledge closest to the lavafall. Bounce to the next rock, and face the wall if you got burnt so you don’t run off. Bounce to the next rock, then the next, and Floofty’s item should be on top of the doorway. Leider, whatever that item was got destroyed, and they chose not to tell you what it is.

Belohnen: Beheading machine (Sadly not usable)

Shelda’s lost item
Shelda’s herbs are in the tall Grumpus head in Sizzlin‘ Sand, the one where you find the cheese. If you were like me and didn’t know you could use the Snakgrappler to grab sauces, you probably managed to get up there already. The left side has a rock jutting out of it, so bounce on that. Near it is another rock that’s even higher up, so jumplaunch to it, and you should be able to enter the mouth and grab the herbs.

Belohnen: Windspiel

Chandlo’s lost item
The last lost item, Chandlo’s weights, are on top of the temple in Broken Tooth. Climb the mushrooms on the right to land on a rock in the wall. Von dort, bounce to the other mushroom, then onto the top of the gate to the temple to collect the weights. Grab the weights, pretend you didn’t see someone unironically use the word yeeted in 2022, and claim your reward for the last lost item

Belohnen: Fitnessmatten

Und los geht's! All lost items have been found! Give your Lunchpad a pat on the head for a good job and have a nice long rest, no longer needing to do insane parkour at that level.

Transformation Quests

Some grumpuses want to see someone get transformed into multiple kinds of snax. Oftmals, they’re vague, but this guide is here to help!

Four Peelbugs
The first quest is relatively simple. Just transform a Grumpus to have all four Peelbugs on them. Diese sind:

Danger quests

Once you bring Eggabell back to her senses, she’ll start giving you medical advice. Ihr Ziel? Do the EXACT opposite of what she recommends. Mach dir keine Sorge, you won’t have any lasting effects. Wahrscheinlich. Hoffentlich.

Get knocked out of bounds by a bugsnax
Eggabell hopes that you don’t get in too much danger while facing an aggressive bugsnax. The best way to do that is with Scoopy Banoopy. Lead it to the edge and have it banoop you off the ledge. Don’t break out, cuz I found that makes the quest not count.

Belohnungen: Medical cabinet, Emergency bell

Stay on fire for thirty seconds
Angeblich, you should be fine from being set on fire, since Grumpuses are slightly flame retardant. Just don’t stay on fire for thirty seconds. And ESPECIALLY don’t stand in the lava rivers in Boiling Bay so that the fired don’t go out as you dash into a wall that’s still covered in lava! That would be bad!

Belohnungen: Erste-Hilfe-Kasten, Draped Fabric

Fall from the highest point of Frosted Peak to the lowest
Gott sei Dank, this means the area with the tent and the skeleton, not that peak that you had to jump up to for Triffany’s lost item. I don’t know how anyone can handle doing that twice in one playthrough! Just get to that tent, then jump down to the lake with the Mt. Sodie. This is such a bad fall that Eggabell goes ALL THE WAY TO SNAXBURG just to express her concern for your wellbeing!

Belohnungen: Iglu, Schneegröpfen

Purging Quest

Shelda, one who is devoted, one who is wise, one who is pure(!), wants you to „purge“ some snax by placing them in the Box of Purity.

Grüner Crapple
The first supper- err, sinner, is Green Crapple. It can be found in Boiling Bay. Just place a trap near its den and scare it. Später, it will come back out, and you can trap it. Drop this into the box of purity and let Mother Naturae’s light shine down upon you! Nur… don’t ask if you see Shelda with a green claw, mmkay?

Belohnungen: Kräuterstation, Primitives Gras

Razzby
Shelda describes a deviously adorable, red as rubies fruit which skitters across the beach sands. This scrumpti- Ich meine, scrupulous snak is clearly… THE RAZZBY! *THUNDER* To catch this deli-devious fruit, find it in the bushes of Simmering Springs… lure the fiend out with the chocolates it so desires… then TRAP IT UNDER THE CAGE OF RETRIBUTION! Then just drop it in the Box of Purity like the trash it is. Shelda will be so pleased that she might even wear a bumpy fez out of celebration!

Belohnen: Ebony-stained Wood

Scorp brothers
On one side of the desert lies the Scorpenyo, a green monster who terrorizes the Popticks who stand below it. Auf der anderen Seite, the Scorpepper, a reclusive demon who defends the stone maw with a hot steel fist. Strike one down, and the other will be nearly powerless. Only one tool can manage this, the Trip Shot. Use the sparse water of the desert to take out their flames, and bring their body home. Only one is needed, but Shelda will likely appreciate if you brought both of them… for the good of Naturae, das heißt!

Belohnen: War Garten

Geladener Spuddy
A gold armored barbarian roams the desert of Sizzlin‘ Sand, hot blooded and ready to charge down whatever it deems disgusting. The Loaded Spuddy is a devilish warrior, so take great precautions when neutralizing it! No trap made by man will hold it down, so you must use the Trip Shot, a powerful weapon that knocks down even the most powerful of dragons! And you can use brains over brawn, outsmart this beast with the gold of its armor, Käse, or Ketchup as red as the blood it has spilled over the years! Purge this fallen warrior, and Shelda will put it out of its misery properly, wearing its armor as a trophy!

Belohnungen: Meditationskissen, Prairie -Gras

Spaghider
One foul creature remains. In the trees of Broken Tooth lies a carnivorous grappler. The Spaghider, eight legs of pure, noodly doom! Aber keine Angst, brave warrior! This beast has a weakness! It cannot resist anything it can get these slimy hands on, so bring it a false offering: A foul concoction of herbs, acid, and worse of all, Käse. It will grab it, thinking it shall bring you mercy. But what it doesn’t know is that it’s a ticking time bomb, one that will bring it from a powerful monster to a mere mortal. Use the Lunchpad and the trap to seal it into its prison for the rest of its life, Dann, put that prison in the Box of Purity for good measures! The beast will not see the light of day again…

And you may now rest our heroes. You’ve done a good job. Shelda appreciates your contributions to the cause, and has bestowed upon you some gifts for your generosit- y-y-your heroism. Gut gemacht.

Miscellaneous Quests

These quests don’t fit under any other categories, so I’m putting them here.

Story-Quests
Bringing Grumpuses back to Snaxburg and completing their sidequests will grant you items for your home. I don’t have the time to list them off right now, but maybe in the future, I can do that.

Two basketball shots without the ball hitting the ground
Ob Sie es glauben oder nicht, the hard part of this is getting the shots. Once you get it into the hoop, just stand underneath the hoop and grab the ball as it goes in. Then score another shot.

Belohnungen: Gerahmtes Trikot, Rock Climbing Walls

Stellen Sie Plakate auf, um Cromdo Mart zu werben
Cromdo’s roping you into another scheme, so you just have to deal with it! Es gibt ungefähr 20 spots you can place posters, but you only need around 16, They’re all around Snaxburg, so keep a keen eye, and you’ll find each spot! They’re each marked with a blue square.

Treat it like you do any other interview; ask her all the important questions (Why she came to Snaktooth, why she left Snaxburg, and what she knows about Lizbert), and maybe the other questions if you’re so curious. She’ll also give you another video tape, and it’s important for an achievement and another mail quest, so make sure to watch it!

Fangen 5 Snakpods in 30 Sekunden
The best area to do this in is Garden Grove. Start with the Snakpod in Beffica’s old cave. Once you grab it, the clock is ticking. Swerve around to the trees on the lower level to catch the second one. Make a mad dash for the Fryder cove to catch the third one on the middle pillar, then run up to Wambus‘ old farm, making sure to grab the Snakpod on the tall rock. Endlich, there’s one on the wall where you see the Weenyworm, so grab that. If you don’t get it in time, do not worry. Once you catch them all, you can just leave and return, and the Snakpods will be back.

Belohnungen: Conspiracy board, Blueprint print

Fangen 5 different snax in 60 Sekunden
You can try this one directly after. After you got the last Snakpod, catch the Weenyworm right below, then grab the White Strabby. Jump down to get the Dr. Sodie, then nab a Fryder to finish it off.

Belohnen: Schutzkleiderbügel

Fangen 10 snax in 90 Sekunden
For this last challenge, Go over to the next adjacent area, Geschmack fällt. Start by catching the Sandopedes, and don’t even bother with the Rootle. Nächste, grab the Strabby, and then the Pinkle. Run through the waterfall over to the Mama Mewon’s arena, and catch all of the Wee Mewons. Das sollte sein 10 in enough time.

Fangen 3 snax at once
This one just plain isn’t fun. Dafür, the ONLY place I recommend is Simmering Spring. Try to attract an Orange Peelbug, a Razzby, and a Kweeble into one area with chocolate, then when the stars align, trap them all. It’ll take whole minutes, but it’s entirely possible. Chandlo himself even admits this was a terrible idea once you collect the goods.

Feed a single Grumpus over 25 Verschiedene Bugsnax
No real advice I can give here. Just collect all the snax you think are easy to get, and give them to one single Grumpus. They don’t need to all be present on their body (Offensichtlich, cuz the body can only hold 14 different snax), but you’ll still want to use the Snaktivator to keep track of the snax they’ve eaten.

Belohnen: Hospital Bed

And that’s all of them! But there’s just one more section to cover. Mach dich, cuz some of these are… interessant.

Hidden Quests

These quests don’t appear in your mailbox, so you’ll have to do them yourself. Sobald das Ziel erreicht ist, the message will appear in your mailbox.

Sleeping in the ship
If you sleep in the bed in your broken ship, Filbo will assume you just miss that old makeshift bed of yours, so he’ll send a replica of it so you can enjoy it from the comfort of your home!

Find Cactriffy out and about
Manchmal, you can find Cactriffy outside of Wambus‘ Haus. If you scan her when you see her here, you’ll get a message… from CACTRIFFY! IDK where all she appears, or how often, but I found her during the investigation after the third interlude.

Belohnungen: Cowboyhutdach, Planted Snak

Get all the sauce
When you collect a sauce for the first time, it will also appear in Wambus‘ Garten. Once you collect all six sauces (Ketchup, Ranch, Schokolade, Heiße Sauce, Erdnussbutter, Käse), Wambus will send you a letter thanking you for it.

You can pick up the toilet paper from the outhouse and toss it around. If you remove all the TP from the outhouse, Cromdo will applaud your scumminess and offer a collaborative scheme.

Catch one too many snax with a fully expanded backpack
After donating enough snax to Gramble, you’ll have an inventory size of eighteen bugsnax. If you catch one more when you already have eighteen, Chandlo will notice that you’ve been holding 20 snax (The ones in your pack + the one you xan’t carry + Sprout) and commend your workout effort.

Belohnungen: Home gym, Sports paint

Scan 50 Umweltobjekte
If you can fifty different objects that aren’t bugsnax, Beffica will be astonished by your keen eye, and accidentally let loose that she snoops on your journal. I guess you won’t feel as bad for taking her (gefälscht) diary back in Garden Grove, äh?
