Here’s a quick guide to using throwing weapons in Combat Master, except grenades.
Throwing Weapons Mastery Guide
Throwing weapons in Combat Master, except grenades, offer a variety of options: Throwing Knife, Kunai, Shuriken, Throwing Axe, and Dart.
In terms of damage, all throwing weapons deal either 100 points to the body or 200 points to the head, usually resulting in an instant kill, unless the target is a Slayer in Demon Slayer mode. Occasionally, a hit might not result in a kill, which could be a bug or an obscure mechanic.
Mastering the use of throwing weapons requires understanding their ballistic arc, which varies among the different types. The Dart and Shuriken boast the longest range, the Axe falls in the middle, and the Knife and Kunai have the shortest range. During a shooting range test, each weapon was thrown from the same starting point at a target 24 meters away with the Power Throw skill activated. In this scenario, the Dart and Shuriken demonstrated minimal drop.
Thrown weapons also exhibit a slight vertical scatter, as depicted in the screenshot.
Visibility is another factor to consider. The Knife and Kunai come in variants (“Say – Palianytsia” and “Toxic,” respectively) that leave yellow trails, aiding players in understanding their trajectory and locating them for reuse. The larger size of the Axe compared to other thrown weapons makes it somewhat easier to find after use. Conversely, the Dart and Shuriken are nearly invisible both during use and afterward.
