This guide will show you how to unlock and get all achievements in Button City. Please note that there are no missable achievements in the game.

Join the Fluff Squad

It’s really easy to understand. Just watch the game and you’ll catch on fast.

Couch Potato
Watch all TV shows

At home, try watching every channel on your TV once. You can do this either at the beginning or the end of the game, it doesn’t matter when.

Pet Bot
Pet all the guard bots

When you’re at the disposal facility, make sure to have a chat with each of the three bots at least one time. It’s as simple as that!

Hero of Thyme
Complete the Story

Again, just follow the story to the end. Impossible to miss.

GOAL!!!
Kick the soccer ball off the level

Head over to the kid in the middle of the main city. Give his football a good kick all the way to the right and make it go offscreen.

Gobamancer
Collect all Gobabots

This one is quite straightforward too. You can obtain all the regular ones from the reward shop in Button City or from Licorice. But, to get the golden Gobabot from Licorice and unlock the achievement, you’ll need to defeat Licorice after finishing the story.

Fast and Furriest
Get a 1:30 or better in rEVolution Racer

With some skill and a grasp of the game, you can easily achieve this. The simplest way in the regular game is to always keep the boost option on and not slow down for turns. If you find it challenging, you can use the battery and soda in the modifier tab to make yourself much faster.

Fizzician Specialist
Drink 10 sodas

We can make this quite easy and complete it in less than a minute.

The only way to actually “drink” something is by using it in the modifier tab in any of the minigames. When you use a soda during a round, it counts as one drunken soda. It’s important to note that any soda from the vending machines counts for this.

Here’s what you can do: buy 10 purple sodas from outside Button City, then go to rEVolution Racer. Put the soda in the modifier tab, start the race, and right after the countdown, press start and choose “try again.” Repeat this process 10 times, and the achievement will unlock because the soda is consumed each time you do this.

Play lemonade mini game 10 times

Combining these two tasks makes sense, but it can still be a bit grindy. Here’s a tip to speed things up: try to buy as few things as possible up to this point. Instead, focus on going for the achievements where you have to buy items after this.

Start by playing the lemonade game at Garlic in the park 10 times to get the first achievement. This should earn you 4,000 buttons already. Then, continue playing the minigame until you reach the big milestone of 10,000 buttons.

Once you’ve collected the 10,000 buttons from the previous achievement, this one will be a breeze.

To gather all the collectables, just revisit all the shops and buy everything they have. Remember, you only need to purchase one consumable from each shop. This includes:

• Button City upper floor reward station
• Button City lower floor food station
• Soda vending machine
• Cafe
• Super Supermarket
• Disposal facility
• All the shops in the main town

Keep in mind that you’ll receive many wearables as rewards for side missions, so getting the achievement for collecting them all might be a bit more challenging. If you’re struggling with it, you can skip to the “Town Hero” chapter for assistance.

Coffee Grounded
Use coffee grounds and beat an arcade game

Dance Machine
Beat all Prisma Beats songs in hard mode

To achieve this, you’ll need to become somewhat skilled at the dancing minigame. Before diving into it, make sure to purchase all the music tracks from the music store. This step is crucial because without them, the “Dance Machine” achievement is impossible to obtain. Additionally, you’ll need to buy the coffee grounds from the cafe for the “Coffee Grounded” achievement.

Here’s a quick reminder to grab the “Bajillionaire” achievement before purchasing these items to save yourself some time.

A valuable tip that made this challenge much more achievable for me came from the developer directly in the Steam forum. They’ve implemented an alternative playing style where you can use your 1, 2, 3, and 4 keys to dance. This method makes it much easier since these keys are lined up in the same way.

I recommend starting with the “Dance Machine” achievement first to improve your dancing skills. If you manage to beat all five songs on hard mode, going back to normal mode on the first song with the coffee grounds modifier will be a breeze for you!
