Here’s a comprehensive guide on how to find all the outfit collectibles in various areas of the game

Versum Hill – Red & Rave

Red’s Autumn Outfit: It’s located between the uppermost billboards in the central area. To reach it, you can jump down from the train tracks above. You might need to wallride the section repeatedly in a circle to gain enough height for the jump.

Red’s Winter Outfit: This one’s in an alleyway accessible after the first chapter ends. Look for an offshoot of the central area near the taxi spot. To access the outfit, jump over a gate and use nearby iron bars to help you up.

Rave’s Autumn Outfit: You’ll find it behind the BMX door at the very start of the level. Just ride a character with a bike by that door along the right wall when entering the level from the hideout; the outfit is inside.

Millenium Square – Tryce

Tryce’s Autumn Outfit: It’s on a ledge above the entrance to Millenium Mall. Enter the level from Versum Hill and find a ramp on the right that leads to a line of rails and wallrides. This will give you access to the outfit location.

Tryce’s Winter Outfit: You can find it on a roof near the tower of wallrides. Either climb the tower and jump down onto the roof, or wallride the billboard near the entrance to Mataan and ride the rail to the end.

Brink Terminal – Bel, Rave, & Mesh

Bel’s Winter Outfit: Once you reach the missile silo climb section, start the line that takes you up. When you see a way to drop down into an opening on the side of the building with a big mechanical-looking column, go down there, and you’ll find the outfit on the other side.

Rave’s Winter Outfit: It’s on the overhang of the strip mall. Look for a lamppost to jump up onto this section or find a higher vantage point to drop down from. It’s accessible from several spots once you know its location.

Mesh’s Autumn Outfit: This one’s on the roof of the large building by the larger bus terminal. To reach it, get to the top of the missile-like tower where you meet Eclipse for a crew battle. Use boost-jumps to fly onto the big cube-shaped sign above the parking garage, then make another boost jump to reach the roof with the outfit.

Mesh’s Winter Outfit: Complete the mailbox boy challenge by the pier to obtain this outfit. It involves a straightforward combo of grinds and manuals.

Millenium Mall – Bel & Shine

Bel’s Autumn Outfit: You can find it by completing the red mailbox boy challenge near the entrance. Use boost-manuals to maintain a combo or use the carpet track to keep an infinite combo if you’re sliding with no gear equipped.

Shine’s Autumn Outfit: It’s on an upside-down rail between the third and fourth layers of the main chamber in the mall. Follow the line for the orange mailbox boy in this section and use a wallride on the third floor to reach the rail on the ceiling or the bottom of the fourth floor. Stay on the rail until the end to get the outfit.

Pyramid Island – Shine, Vinyl, & Rise

Shine’s Winter Outfit: Look for it on top of the cement mixer above the three holes in the floor, next to the halfpipe section. Attach yourself to the bottom of the cement mixer and grind to its middle portion. From there, jump off and land on the solid parts of the machine to gain enough height to reach the very top where the outfit is.

Vinyl’s Autumn Outfit: This one is on a hidden rail beneath the halfpipes. Before using the halfpipes to reach the third ‘floor’ of the island, circle around to the back of the halfpipes facing the ferry. You should see a railing with the outfit on it. Jumping down should be relatively easy from there.

Vinyl’s Winter Outfit: Inside the shipping crate maze, you’ll eventually come across a room with a fire-hydrant-looking skateboard elevator. Use it to reach the top of the pile of shipping crates in the middle of the room, and you’ll find the outfit there. If you’re having trouble finding this room, explore until you spot a red mark on the floor. Good luck!

Rise’s Autumn Outfit: During the giant pipe grind, you’ll notice a ladder at some point. This ladder will take you up and then back down, allowing you to access the windmill grind section. While falling during that descent inside the pipe, there’s a small section of pipe sticking out from the wall that you can enter. Stop yourself mid-fall and get into that small hallway; that’s where the outfit is.

Rise’s Winter Outfit: Look for it in a dumpster on the scientist’s layer of the island. When you see the ramp that takes you up into the reinforced glass area (the glass you have to smash through to get to the viewing chamber), go around the side instead of heading up the ramp. You should find a toilet and a dumpster, and the outfit is inside the dumpster.

Mataan – Solace, Coil, and Felix

Solace’s Autumn Outfit: At the end of some wires in a high-up alleyway, you’ll find this outfit. When you reach the Mataan River, the long area with bridges, there’s a part where the right wall splits. You can either go around or use the skateboard fire hydrant elevator to get across. On the other side of the gap, you’ll see a telephone pole that will take you through that split, along the side of some skyscrapers where you can tag a few spots. Further down from the tags, you’ll see a rectangular section of wires, and the outfit is at the end of that.

Solace’s Winter Outfit: It’s on the ‘island’ in the Mataan River that Coil asks you to meet him at. You’ll need a skateboard to use the elevator and access the grinds to get there, but once you’re there once, the outfit will be easy to snag.

Coil’s Autumn Outfit: In the Red Light District, you’ll find this outfit in an alleyway next to the building with the gay and trans flags up.

Coil’s Winter Outfit: Grind up the collar of the sphinx at the end of the river, and you should be able to jump off into the sphinx’s hand pretty easily to get this outfit.

Regarding Felix’s outfits, they may be unlocked by default upon completing the game, but it’s still good to know where they are, just in case.

Felix’s Autumn Outfit: You’ll find it under glass in the tower with four split pathways along the heads of elephants. Bring a skates user to this section; it’s impossible to miss when you slow down enough to choose your path going forward.

Felix’s Winter Outfit: This one’s above the helipad at the bottom of the under-construction tower in the skyscraper district. To get it, go to the top of the nearby building and carefully jump down to reach the outfit.
