Remember that you acquired the Cigar as a Scavenge Item in Episode 1. Once back on the ship, take the opportunity to talk to each crew member before bedtime. Engage with Khan, offer her the cigar, and listen to her story. This step is crucial for unlocking the Khan’s Revenge achievement.

Discover the truth about Virgil’s past

Utilize the data hack cube acquired earlier in the episode as a Scavenge Item. Head to the medbay and access Virgil’s room. Hack into his computer to unveil the details about Virgil’s past.

Drug Gifter
Give the Twins some Medicine

Earlier in the episode, you obtained the medicine as a Scavenge Item. Move to the mess hall area where the twins are sleeping. Place the medicine on the table. This action is also necessary for the No Belter Left Behind and/or Brother’s Reaper achievements.

Give Virgil the Mushroom Powder

As a Scavenge Item acquired earlier in the episode, offer the mushroom powder to Virgil. After giving medicine to the twins, proceed to the kitchen area behind them, where Virgil is cooking. No Belter Left Behind
Keep All Possible Crewmates Alive

To unlock the special achievements in the game, you must ensure that all the crew members stay alive until the end. By following the steps provided below, you’ll not only earn the overarching achievement but also the individual ones for keeping each crew member alive. Stick to these instructions, and you’ll secure the following achievements: No Belter Left Behind, Heal Thy Medic, Brother’s Reaper, Call It Even, Khan’s Revenge, and Miraculous Maya. If you adhere to these steps, you can skip the later achievements mentioned; they’ll be covered by this strategy. The prerequisites for success date back to Episode 1, so get ready for the journey:

1. In Episode 1, intervene in the fight between Arlen and Rayen and then ignore Arlen without resorting to violence.
2. In Episode 1, choose to save Rayen’s leg.
3. In Episode 1, obtain the laser crystal for Virgil (this is a Scavenge Item obtained during the Doctor Approved achievement).
4. In Episode 1, find the cigar (a Scavenge Item acquired during the Stogie for Fogey achievement).
5. At the end of Episode 1, place Cox in the brig instead of ejecting him out of the airlock.
6. In Episode 2, give the cigar to Khan and listen to her story about her husband and how they dealt with pirates.
7. In Episode 2, provide the twins with the medicine to achieve the Drug Gifter milestone.
8. In Episode 2, offer Cox the bottle of scotch, as accomplished in the Bottoms up! إنجاز.
9. At the end of Episode 2, choose to spend the night with Maya.
10. At the end of Episode 3, opt to TRUST Rayen instead of engaging in a fight. In the subsequent dialogue, يختار “You can.” He should strike Arlen and save Maya.
11. At the beginning of Episode 5, choose FIGHT and rescue Rayen instead of harming him.
12. During your conversation with Virgil, decide to STAY with him.
13. Calm Virgil during his panic attack by choosing the following dialogue options:

• “Things are bad, but we’ve seen worse.”
• “You’re afraid your fake identity will be found out.”
• “You can go back to being our medic.”

14. Successfully pass every Quick Time Event (QTE) during the confrontation with the pirates alongside Khan. Virgil should intervene and take care of her.
15. During the confrontation with Arlen in the brig, Cox will use the bottle of scotch to assist you.
16. After the battle concludes, discover that Maya is still alive.

Heal Thy Medic
Help Virgil overcome his panic attack

Assist Virgil in overcoming his panic attack by choosing to FIGHT Rayen instead of killing him. Take Rayen to the medbay, and calm Virgil down by selecting the right dialogue options. Stay with Virgil and choose responses like “Things are bad, but we’ve seen worse,” “You’re afraid your fake identity will be found out,” و “You can go back to being our medic.”

Brother’s Reaper
Rayen kills Arlen

To achieve this, Rayen must kill Arlen during the final confrontation in the brig. Ensure the following prerequisites:

1. In Episode 1, break up the fight between Arlen and Rayen and ignore Arlen instead of punching him.
2. In Episode 1, save Rayen’s leg.
3. In Episode 1, obtain the laser crystal for Virgil (Doctor Approved achievement).
4. In Episode 2, give the twins medicine (Drug Gifter achievement).
5. Sleep with Maya at the end of Episode 2.
6. In Episode 3, choose to TRUST Rayen instead of fighting. In the following dialogue, يقول “You can.” This should lead to Rayen hitting Arlen and saving Maya.
7. At the beginning of Episode 5, save Rayen instead of killing him. Follow the instructions in the “Heal Thy Medic” achievement to allow Virgil to help Rayen in the autodoc.

Call it Even
Keep Cox alive

To keep Cox alive, throw him in the brig at the end of Episode 1 instead of out of the airlock. In Episode 2, give him the bottle of scotch (Bottoms up! إنجاز). During the fight with Arlen in Episode 5, Cox will use the scotch to help, and he should be saved.

Khan’s Revenge
Keep Khan alive

Finish the game with Khan alive by completing these prerequisites:

• In Episode 1, get the laser crystal for Virgil (Doctor Approved achievement).
• In Episode 1, find the cigar (Stogie for Fogey achievement).
• In Episode 2, give the cigar to Khan and learn her story about her husband and how they handled pirates.
• In Episode 5, FIGHT Tor and save Rayen.
• In Episode 5, pass every QTE during the fight against the pirates with Khan. After the fight, Virgil will enter the room and take care of Khan.

Miraculous Maya
Keep Maya alive

Keep Maya alive by maintaining a good relationship with Rayen. Follow steps similar to the Brother’s Reaper achievement:

1. In Episode 1, break up the fight between Arlen and Rayen and ignore Arlen instead of punching him.
2. In Episode 1, choose to save Rayen’s leg.
3. In Episode 2, give the twins the medicine (Drug Gifter achievement).
4. At the end of Episode 2, sleep with Maya.
5. At the end of Episode 3, choose TRUST Rayen instead of fighting. In the following dialogue, يقول “You can.” Rayen should hit Arlen and save Maya.
6. At the beginning of Episode 5, save Rayen instead of killing him.

This episode unfolds in three stages. Once a stage concludes, new options for activities such as chess, computer messages, and meditation become available. To achieve this, make a chess move in each stage. If the chessboard only provides the option to “Look,” advance further in the episode.
