With that in hand, head to an underground Glowing Mushroom biome. Keep an eye out for a tiny Truffle worm. Capture it using the bug net once you spot it. With the Truffle worm in your ammo inventory, head over to the Ocean and equip a Fishing pole. Cast your line and wait for about 3 ثواني. This should summon Duke Fishron into the fray.
