While in the bathroom if you interact with the mirror and turn it around you’ll unlock this achievement

Grandpa’s tools
Break the shovel.

The first time you enter the basement’s red door there will be a well and a shovel, attempt to open the well’s lid with the shovel for the achievement.

Let Hans kill you.

During the cathedral section, once you pick up the final floating green candlestick an enemy will jumpscare you a few times, if you hang around for long enough he’ll kill you and you’ll unlock the achievement.

You shouldn’t have listened
Play the “Do not listen” tape.

After going to the basement for a second time and acquiring the crowbar, you can find the “Do not listen” tape in the attic, it is underneath the floorboards in front of the bed.

Elizabeth’s memoirs
Find Elizabeth’s diary lost page.

The lost page of Elizabeth’s diary can be found in the room near the start of the game that requires 2 triangle keys to open, it is on your right as soon as you walk through the door.

Grandma was right
Let Blue Knees kill you.

Towards the end of the game you’ll need to interact with gramophones until an eyeball pops out of the middle of the horn. After you’ve successfully popped out the first eye blue knees will start hunting you in intervals, for this achievement you need to die to him.

Blinded
Blind Blue Knees five times.

Same as the achievement mentioned above, however you’ll need to use your camera’s flash to blind him 5 different times instead.

This achievement is basically unmissable, you get it for storing an item in one of the safes located throughout the game.

Fully loaded
Reach Luca’s storage limit.

This achievement is also pretty much unmissable, you get it for filling up your 10 inventory slots.

Say cheese!
Take 50 photos.

No more smiles, please
Take 100 photos.

500X Zoom
Take 500 photos.

These achievements are self explanatory, just take 50, 100 و 500 photos altogether, works through multiple playthroughs.

Unlock every achievement of the game.

If you finish all of the achievements but don’t unlock this one, check the in game achievement tracker under extras on the menu. There might be one that you unlocked on steam but for whatever reason didn’t unlock in game.
