  1. Navigate to C:\Users\[YOUR USER]\AppData\Local\Oregon\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor and find the engine config file, which should be Engine.ini
  2. Use Notepad or any other text editor to open and edit the file
  3. Add the following lines to the bottom of the file:

r.MotionBlurQuality=0
r.DefaultFeature.MotionBlur=0
r.SceneColorFringe.Max=0
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0

[/script/engine.renderersettings]
