Hey everyone!
We didn’t make an announcement for our previous announcements so we’ll bundle it all in here.
We’ve been cleaning up bugs within Crosshair X. The main bug was related to a standard Windows communication protocol that assisted in connecting to the Game bar.
The way to fix this issue wasn’t straightforward and it required us to push code, see if Game Bar still worked on all machines, keep trying fixes, and repeating this process till we truly solved the issue. We apologize for that large amount of updates in a short period of time. Hopefully that was the last time we have to push a lot of updates in a short period of time. Crosshair X should also launch faster now.
What else we fixed / added:
- Windows notifications explaining how to re-open Crosshair X if it is minimized
- Added a diagnostic information section in the Support page.
- Application notification indicating to the user when not connected to Game bar
- Updated featured crosshairs
- Fixed minor UI imperfection in Featured page
